I've been going to Dr. Wilson since I was a child. Great staff, work, and availability. I travel from the bay every 6 months for cleaning and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Horrible. He's impatient and relatively mean. Also, when he applies the lidocaine he does NOT wait to jam the needle in, not even for a split second. Not for me or any of my kids. Never going there again. I nearly had to get in his face for how rude he was to one of my young daughters right in front of me. Thumbs down. Sorry.

I ordered a mouthguard from this office after they noticed I had been grinding my teeth in my sleep. At first they told me it would be no cost to me, so I agreed. Then they sent me a bill for it. When I came in to ask what had happened, they said I could pay for it or bring it back so they could "destroy it" (their words). I find the lack of compassion off-putting. Not to mention that I usually like feeling the clean teeth feeling when I leave the dentist. I didn't get that from here, it was careless and rushed.

He has no compassion nor patience for those with dental anxiety. It takes about 3 shots to numb my mouth. After one shot wore off, and I was feeling the pain of a root canal, he continued on with his drilling while telling me to "calm down". He said and I quote "Geez, it's no big deal." Then afterwards (when calling him for advice on dealing with the pain) he actually remarked that I was "faking" and to take tylenol. Another situation similar to this has happened twice with this man and I will no longer be returning. I expect for a professional and educated person to have emotional intelligence and empathy, both of which this man lacks. I find him to be extensively unqualified and quite frankly, rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
