Unprofessional staff. My initial payment charged but disappeared off my bank statement. 2 weeks later office charges again. I called to advice them and also inquire what happened. I was given a circle of excuses. 1 month after received a notice through mail that my insurance did not cover the remaining half of bill. Roughly 3 months later the filling I had done has broken off with parts of the tooth. If you're looking for professionalism, respectful and honest work I would save your time and money and not visit this office.

I called to schedule an appointment the young lady who answered the phone was very polite but she apparently got a customer or client and asked if she could call me back i said sure well 2 weeks later i still haven't received a return phone call

Sham. I went there ten months ago. All doom and gloom. I need thousands of dollars in crowns and implants. New job, New insurance provider. New dentist. No, you don't have a cavity. See you in six months for another cleaning. In my opinion this provider is more interested in billing you and your insurance as much as possible.

Don't go anywhere but Wilson Martino Dental. Especially do NOT go to Sorisso Dental. I came to Wilson Martino to get everything fixed that Sorisso messed up. They were really nice. They fixed all of the things that Sorisso DESTROYED. Sorisso wouldn't even fix the dental work they did incorrectly after paying over $2,000 out of pocket. My fillings from Sorisso cracked and fell out after less than 9 months and I've had pain from my root canal Sorisso did since day 1. They wouldn't fix any of it. Wilson Martino fixed everything for a great price. They worked with me on doing all of my work for the cheapest out of pocket price. I 10/10 recommend Wilson Martino!

Dr Cicchino works well with young children. He takes time to explain what he's going to do, shows how things work, and makes sure my child feels comfortable during her visit. We've never had a bad visit!

Been here 3 times in the past week for different reasons. They are all very kind. I haven't always taken the care I need to of my teeth and was worried I'd somehow be shamed for that and it's even been some of the reason I've taken so long to go take care of them. But it wasn't the case at all everyone was nice, took time to explain everything to me answering questions. And then I met Dr. Papisetti and even was great! Understanding not in a rush, patience with me being nervous to have my wisdom tooth pulled ... it over all was a great experience for it being what it is, the dentist...

Poor customer service and rude employees! My daughters were both scheduled for a cleaning today at 2:30 and 2:50. As we're pulling into the parking lot, the office is already calling asking to reschedule the appointments! Now granted we were 10 minutes late due to road construction, but seriously? I was confused thinking maybe I had the appointment times wrong. The hygienist assistant informs me the hygienist needs to leave on time and can do a cleaning for only 1 child. I explained I wasn't making 2 trips for a cleaning and would call some other time to schedule. Then she proceeds to hang up the phone mumbling whatever. When you work for a business centered around customer service, you don't turn away clients for being 10 minutes late! Poor business practice for sure! Now we will take our business elsewhere!

I started going here last year. I just want to say that Bekah and Sierra are FANTASTIC! Bekah does a great job on my teeth cleaning and Sierra is such a great assistant. They both are knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns. Not to mention they are both always smiling and have an up beat welcoming attitude.
