First of the staff was great but when I called for the initial appointment which goes to a call center, I specifically asked for braces assessment but found out my daughter was scheduled for a cleaning. Make sure you are clear about what type of appointment you need and clarify before you hang up the phone.

I was on vacation & my bridge fell out on the first day. This dental office got me in on the next day. They ran my insurance, popped this bridge in & I was on my way!! They were kind & soothing & now I can enjoy my vacation.

Extremely frustrated. They tell me I urgently need a crown and I could lose my tooth... but the earliest opening is in over 3 months?! I ask for help and I get, "Do you want the appointment or not?" I'm terrified of going to the dentist as it is, and I can't even get compassion.

Had an amazing experience! Dr Poole did 8 crowns for me and they turned out better than I could e ever imagined!! I can't stop smiling. Him and his assistants are absolutely amazing! They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I also received X-rays from their hygienist Cayla B who also did a fabulous job! She was super gentle and took her time considering I'm a gagger. This office goes above and beyond and I'll definitely be recommending to all my family and friends

I wouldn't recommend Wilson Martino Dental in any capacity. The actual dentists and hygienists are very nice and friendly, they explain everything plainly and thoroughly with visual aids such as X-rays and photos of your teeth. This is the only reason I added an extra star to my review. The first issue with Wilson Martino is their secretarial staff. The secretarial staff seem very disorganized and never seem to know what's going on so scheduling can be very tedious and getting information is a chore. The primary issue with Wilson Martino lies with their billing department. I understand they're running a business but their entire practice seems to run through their billing department and just oozes greed. In order to follow through with a plan of care you first have to have a meeting with their billing staff during which they outline the costs using the worst case scenario and then expect you to either pay a portion of those costs up front, take out a Care credit card, or set up a payment process with them in house. They don't offer to handle your care on an appointment by appointment basis so you're able to manage the financial cost of care on your own. This is especially disconcerting because until the dentists start working on each individual tooth there's no real way to know the exact work you're going to need done or how much that work will inevitably cost. It also makes it hard to plan out your care to coincide with dental insurance which generally has a yearly maximum on coverage. On top of that their costs are absolutely exorbitant. They quoted my fiancee $12,000-15,000 for her care and wanted at least $5,000 up front if we opted to pay out of pocket for what they estimated our insurance wouldn't cover. We ended up getting a second opinion from another area dentist and they quoted $2,000-3,000 for everything and said that many of the procedures Wilson Martino claimed she needed weren't actually necessary.

I love the Elkins office! The girls are amazing and Dr. Linger is phenomenal. I showed up an hour early by accident and they took me right in. Friendly environment and smiling faces!

I arrived after the time of my appointment, but they were kind enough to see me anyway. The dentist took care of my problem promptly. Very nice experience. I appreciate their kindness.

Wonderful Nursing staff :) Brittany and Morgan were courteous, thoughtful and Professional. This office got me in sooner than they had to and left me with a big smile :^)

My experience and the experience of taking my child for her appt. Was very positive. Very professional and courteous and answering all questions. As a child, my dentist was Dr. Metheny who still practices every 6 mths. To the dentist as kids. My daughter had a wonderful dentist in MD and we relocated here and this dental practice is the kind of place to feel at home with.

If your like most people going to the dentist is not a pleasent experience which has been my view until today. I left my previous dentist for a few reasons from them canceling my appointments , not accepting a emergency need to plain out having a no care attitude. From the moment I walked into the office of Wilson Martino dental of Elkins I was greeted with kindlyness and true careing for the PATIENT and my comfort. They took care of my immediate needs on the first visit. They are Aces in my book.
