I called today 7/19/2022, in pain, nerve exposed inside my tooth, needs a filling, up all night can't lay down to sleep have to sleep sitting up, called them to schedule an appointment, they said well we can schedule you for a cleaning in February, then can fix your tooth maybe. Like are you joking? Robots. Not even listening, turned me down as if I'm asking to go on a date or something when I'm trying to pay to have my tooth fixed. What's the point of even having a place if people can only come in to do what you want them to have done because it's easy money doing cleanings. But anything else it's like nah we don't wanna do that so tough luck. Yeah, tough luck. This is business in 2022. Come get your teeth brushed in February 7 months from now, as far as your pain, who really cares but you?

First they charged me over $400 for a tiny mouth guard that isn't even as good as the ones you can buy from Walgreens, and despite my going back at least twice to have it adjusted further, it has never ever fit me and is so painful I cannot keep it in my mouth. Then they scheduled me for my next visit too soon for my insurance and now they are trying to bill me for the visit in full as if I can pay that when my only income is disability. When I called to ask why, they said, "Oh it's because Medicare only covers one visit a year and you came for a checkup twice." Well, since they can *obviously* see what my insurance covers, they shouldn't have scheduled the visit. I should not have to call my insurance company and ask if it's okay for me to have every appointment that the dentist schedule if they can see my benefits at the dental office, which they can. I will never go back to this dental office.

When yesterday to have a checkup and a cleaning. They found 3 teeth that needed pulled. Instead of making me wait for an appointment, they made a spot for me that day. I was amazing at how nice everyone was and how professional. I am not used to this kind of treatment. I WILL be using this dentist for as long as I have teeth. Thank you for taking care of an old army veteran. I went back to have another tooth extracted, I was not surprised that they did an outstanding job. I am going to get all my missing teeth replaced here. I would be willing to bet they will do a great job, for a fair price. I truly feel like family here. Thanks for your attention to detail and your professionalism.

I have to say Dr. Mechay is one of the best dentist I have had the pleasure seeing. She is very kind and takes her time to explain everything in detail. I have had a really bad experience in the past with dentist so it has discourage me to go any further on getting work done. Once I found her it is wonderful, she is still seeing me helping getting my smile back and I have to say it is dentist like Dr Mechay that makes people like me feel comfortable going and not dreading it before hand. I will continue my treatment plan with her and once were all finished I will be taking my son to her going forward. Dr Mechay has no idea how much she is changing my life and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this office for any dental work little or big everyone is great. I do recommend Dr Mechay for anyone to see. Keep up the great work your amazing!!!
