0 wait time with appointment, very transparent with fees, and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Duong provided a no frills but quite skilled approach to my root canal. The next day it felt like I hadn't had a root canal at all!

I had a very good experience for my appointment with Dr. Wilson Duong for a complex root canal, my Dr. highly recomended him. He was very friendly and professional. He made me comfortable, and answered my questions. I was very pleased. The office is new, and very clean. The whole staff were very nice, and made me feel at ease. Next day, I received a phone call from the office checking in on me to make sure I didn't have any problems. Thank you Dr. Duong and thanks to all your staff!

My two visits with Dr. Duong was exceptional! Once I entered the office I was greeted and escorted to the room quickly by his office staff. The process was explained very clear and concise and all my questions were answered. Dr. Duong is very pleasant and takes his time to ensure you are always comfortable. I would highly recommend any root canal visits with him. Although it's a painful process, the office follows up with you and is very thorough so you're at least at ease while recuperating. Hopefully I never have to get another root canal, but if I do, there's no other dentist I would rather visit. Thank you Dr. Duong, for making a usually unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible for me.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Duong for a root canal, but he quickly determined that the tooth was beyond saving a should be extracted instead. I was perfectly willing to proceed with the root canal, but he told me that I'd be wasting my money. He instead referred me to another dentist to perform the extraction, thus saving me (and costing himself) about $1,400. His honesty, extreme professionalism and pleasant manner make him top notch in my book! I do need root canals on two other teeth, and I intend to have Dr. Duong perform both. What's more, I'm actually looking forward to it!

I had to get a root canal retreatment with a post intact. I researched endodontists all over NYC and I decided to move forward with Dr. Duong and I'm so glad I did. Him and his team are informative, kind and make you feel so comfortable. My case was pretty difficult due to the post intact, but Dr. Duong is skilled at what he does and was able to handle with care. His team even called the next day to check up on how my tooth was feeling after treatment. Thank you for making this scary procedure a lot less scary!

I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency root canal. His office staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr Duong explained everything to me and even discovered another issue. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal. I even paid out of pocket because my insurance company only allows in Network dentists. It was worth every cent!

Office looks brand new and it is very clean. Dr. Neena and the staff were courteous and patient. It was my 3rd root canal treatment and my first time with this doctor. She really provided the best root canal experience I've ever had. Thank you all for helping me get out of pain.

I had a great root canal. Iam pleased with the way he cleaned and treated inside my tooth so it can be healthy again. Dr Duong is a great Endo dentist very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. Ingrid his assistant was very nice, intellectual, attentive and asked if I was very comfortable during the root canal. The secretary is very nice and informative.

Dr Duong is very precise but also gentle and cares about your comfort level and if you are having pain, his assistant was also very kind and checked in regularly during my root canal. I've had quite a few in the past with another dentist which were extremely painful, this time was totally different and I healed very quickly.

Dr. Duong fit me into his busy schedule for an emergency root canal. The procedure was smooth and painless. Dr. Duong was very knowledgeable, deliberate, and meticulous. His staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. If you need an endodontist, I would highly recommend Dr. Duong.

the team at integrated was kind, efficient and professional. communication was clear and quick. the dental work was gentle and i felt very informed about the process and health of my teeth. the facilities are extremely clean and modern. love this place. i live further away and was more than happy to travel an hour for this kind of professional service.

Needed a root canal retreatment that I had been putting off for years. Dr. Duong had the treatment done within 2 visits of around 45 minutes each - both of which were painless. Experienced great service whilst here!

While no one wants to get a root canal, I had the BEST experience with Dr. Duong. The entire experience was painless. Dr. Duong and his staff are very professional and everyone has a very kind and calm demeanor in the office. If you need a root canal I cannot recommend Dr. Duong enough. He really runs a practice based on patient care first and foremost. Truly a great doctor!

I like that they help out Teachers and they are very professional. Everyone works very hard and there is no waiting time really, dental work is phenomenal, Dr. Duong is on point and gets the work done. I recommend this place.
