Worse dental office. Very unprofessional. I took my son there the nurse gave me misinformation pertaining to my son. Then when I called and tried to fix the situation, they were like oh well sorry. Just start the whole process over instead of fixing the mistake made by there staff. The whole time my son is in pain. Supervisor Erica was no help. I should have known. Although they take any insurance you get just that from them anything.

Selma made my day! I have a serious dental issue that was giving me extreme anxiety. Selma took care of my x-rays but she was also a great comfort. Her attitude was like a ray of sunshine and she made me feel much better about being there! I was worried it would be a bad experience but it was great thanks to Selma :)

I had great visits at this office,the staff were wonder caring professionals, the people in the waiting room however could be rude to the girls behind the desk,yes,we had to wait somermtimes,but that is no reason to take that out on those workers.l thankyou you all ,and am grateful for you services.we all how need help and have little means to afford it should be too.

For as busy as they are they got me in as quick as they could for my oral surgery. I was nervous but was assured by everyone I would be fine. Very nice staff and doctors.

I had a referral for a consultation because I have a wisdom tooth pushing on a nerve and am in incredible pain. The first phone call they did not tell me my first appointment was only a consultation. I show up for the consultation anyway only for them to tell me I can't be seen because I forgot my ID. I had my insurance card and everything else. Place was ghetto and there was a million patients waiting to be seen. Front desk was incredibly dismissive and rude in turning me away.

Not kid friendly won't let you go in with your child. Kids are scared enough of dentists then take them away from family? What are they hiding back there? Kids should Always be with their parents for any doctors or dentist. Just makes you wonder what are they hiding. Never seen a place like this, rude , unfriendly , unprofessional.

Brought my son there against my best judgment. My sons insurance changed dramatically and this was one of the places allowing it . He had consultation, which went fine. When we came back for his filling mind you he is 10. They would not allow me in the room And our prior dentist pediatric allowed me in the room as I'm the parent . Wilson denied me to go in with him . He was crying on his way out they over sedated him. He had marks on his face from the mask. And he was beyond sedated for two hours. Worst place to go. I hope they get sued someday. I'll pay out of pocket from now on. Lesson learned my son is traumatized because that place.

My son is here for a dental surgery not having ate or drank for six hours prior & here we wait so far one hour past our appointment time. Multiple discouraging issues. Would not recommend!

The staff are friendly and all but they are just not professional....I had my appointment today and it swollen and it hurts to eat, I been trying to get braces for 1 year now the staff are LAZY and won't send the picture to my insurance although they are friendly they are UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY.

Absolutely short handed have to wait Months for even an emergency appointment! They have a terrible habit of canceling your appointment then making another month's away! Dentist and technician are good but scheduled ingredients needs to change!!!!

Horrible just horrible, they didn't even wash there hands before my surgery. There was no soap in the room next to the sinks. Then prescribed me antibiotics that I couldn't take, and wouldn't give me anything different.

I had an appointment scheduled to repair failing fillings and an extraction. I was late by 17 minutes, their policy only offers a 15 minute grace period. It was filled by someone else and I was traveled to the next earliest appointment 2 months away. I called 4-5 days prior to confirm, took off from work to make sure I would be here on time. I show up to discover my appointment slot was given to someone else because I missed the confirmation call they make 24 hours prior. I was rescheduled again, 2 months down the road. I'm currently waiting for approval which may take anywhere from a couple weeks to who knows. From reviews and my experience dental health seems to be at the bottom of their priority list.

Never called me to say that they had cancelled my appointment. So I get there and they told me to come back in March. This is August. Never ever again. The place is filthy and the employees are rude. Please go somewhere else
