Hi everyone today I just went as a walk in to Ideal dental and they are the BEST. I explained to them that I have a serious phobia of needles and very bad anxiety and they helped me calm down and examined me with NO PAIN AT ALL. They were so gentle I felt so calm and relaxed. Ms.Angel and her lovely intern and Doctor G we're the 3 people who worked on my mouth today and looked at me I want to give a personal thank you to them and I would recomend everyone go to them. Also the receptionist was so sweet as well. If you are in Wilson check them out they are the sweetest folks EVER. Shout out to Angel and Dr. G

Came in last minute on a Saturday to have my wisdom tooth checked out since the office I work in is closed on the weekend. Dr. G was great and made it a point to make sure I was seen before they closed. All of the staff was amazing! Thank you Ideal Dental ;)

Worst dental office ever. They filed the wrong insurance plan. Had an appointment in April 2022 and they still have not resolved issue. Personnel is always leaving the company. Took several X-rays of mouth when you can take one panoramic view X-ray of whole mouth. X-rays did not pick up I needed a root canal or doctor doesn't know what she doing cause definitely need a root canal. DO NOT go to this office!!!!

Okay service but make sure u get a quote first and have a copy of the paper. I was overcharged $160 and if it wasn't for the paper i would of been out of luck. I couldn't get a refund but i did use $115 of that "credit" on the next appointment. I don't care about the $45 they can't keep it I would never come back. They are about making money unfortunately and will try to up sell you more then what you need.

I recently moved to Wilson and found this office through my insurance. I've been in twice and both experiences were really great. I felt cared for and about by all of the staff; my experience with the dentist, his assistants and the office staff were all caring, compassionate, gentle and I felt better as I left than when I arrived. While this office has all of the high tech stuff, I have to say that there are other offices that have high tech goodies, it's the people that really made me decide that this will be my dental office. The dentist noted some recommendations and the information was presented in a low key, respectful manner. I didn't feel at all pressured. I felt comfortable and supported. I've already referred a friend and my husband has an appointment.

The absolute best Dentist and staff I have ever experienced. Ms Angel and Dr Dominick Glavich are so professional. Before receiving any dental work Dr Glavich walks you through every step that has to be done. Highly recommend!
