This place is the worst, the dentist doesn't do a good job. He told me that on one of my back tooth needed filling because supposedly, according to him, it was already old, and you know I trusted him thinking that he was an honest and good dentist and since then now my back tooth hurts. So I came back to see what's going on and now he's made up a bunch of reasons why it hurts and that I need to do another treatment when I've never had a problem with that back tooth. And on top of that, they do everything in a hurry, they don't take the time to check you out properly, and they never do an x-ray at visits. This place is a scam

The staff is so nice and the dentist does great work. They always work with you on a payment plan.

This place should be shut down , my father went there & the dentist told him he need a Root Canal on 2 teeth's and my father trusted the doctor and he did the Root canal then he had a swelling face after and when i took him to my dentist he had a major infection on the bottom of the tooth where he did the Root Canal!! Not recommended ... He had to extract 2 teeth that were fine before seeing this Doctor... The staff is so rude and unprofessional especially " Crystal " I ask for the my dad X - rays and all the sudden the printer wasn't working or they don't have access to the X -rays and they needed the manager to come in ... Waited for the manager and she couldn't even print it ... The office is only MONEY HUNGER ! they need to close office ... ASAP

They made my appointment for Nov 13th at 9:30am, I showed up and the gate was closed. Definitely won't be returning. I waited three months for an appointment for no reason.

Be cautious of this dentist !! For starters this office charges insurance for procedures he hasn't done but most importantly he will misdiagnose you !!! He claimed my front tooth will eventually turn because the "nerve" was dead and to being the cap process. Second opinion later with an honest dentist, they had no idea what he was talking about. Tooth never turned. He is a scammer !! Btw !! Based off their unprofessional response below why would anyone really want to come here. Just shows how rude, careless and unprofessional they are.

DO NOT COME HERE. None of the staff were wearing masks, not even the front desk personnel! People were eating and it seemed like no one was COVID conscious. I had to leave before signing in, I really hope staff will respect COVID guidelines in the future.

The best dental care my family and I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff that make you feel like family. We have been seeing Dr. Thomas Verdoni for many years now, extremely grateful to have a marvelous dentist who cares for the well-being of his patients. I was skeptical about this place at first because of the negative reviews, I must say it's always good to try when you're not sure.. If you go based on the bad reviews than you won't know how awesome these people are.. I was having problems with my insurance but that had nothing to do with them.. I recommend them 100%.. oh and by the way if you're so concerned about who's gonna get sick without the mask ---> wear yours

Beware! This place gave me so much anxiety, not only do they not answer calls but they also straight up lie to your face! Between the receptionist and office Manger they are running this establishment as a joke. Not only were they wrong about my plans coverage they overcharged me for their negligence. I had my insurance investigate them only for the receptionist to leave them on hold and never get back to them. Dont even count on the manager seeing you face to face to discuss the issue. She will dodge you at every turn. If I were an uneducated person they probably would have gotten away with it but all I can do is leave this review and warn you guys to better make sure you come prepared with knowledge because if they even think you don't know what you are talking about, I guarantee they will take advantage of it and rob you blind!

Dr.Thomas is the best dentist in all ofBbrooklyn! The office is newly renovated and looks way better than before; I love the modern new look. Friendly staff makes you feel comfortable. Hygienists gentle touch. Good vibes all around!
