I love Dr. Roz! But, a surprise $75 copay for "PPE" that the insurance wont cover makes no sense to me. What additional PPE costs $75?

This is a good dentist office but I wish they'd stop trying to upsell me. For example, the fifty dollar anti-bacterial rinse is unnecessary and I don't want it. My insurance does not cover it. Their people bully you into paying for it.

Wilshire dental has such wonderful service and very friendly staff. I hadn't been in awhile and they are so welcoming plus my teeth look great!!

My son was pleased. He is just over 4 years old and this is only his second dental office. We switched insurance plans and he could not go back to his pediatric dentist. At first my son did not want to stay in the office but one of the staff came out and talked to him and together he had a great checkup, cleaning and exam by the dentist. We are both pleased he liked the adult dentist so much because he is a big boy.

Always a great experience. I can't say I love going to the dentist, but the friendly staff and Dr. Mel definitely make my visits less of a chore! if you are looking for a dentist on the West Side I would 100% recommend

I have been going to Wilshire dental for 18 years!!! I always feel so well taken care of and honestly each employee goes out of their way to accommodate requests!! Doreen is exceptional !!! Dr Schlang and Dr Saedi are amazing!!!!! Thank u all!! I highly recommend this place 100 percent

I've seen Dr Melanie for around two years now and have consistently enjoyed great experiences with her and her staff. They are always very friendly and accommodate my scheduling needs. Dr Melanie is very knowledgable and explains all things dentistry in easy to understand terms. I feel my teeth are safe in her hands.

DO NOT GO HERE. They won't tell you pricing until you take your XRAYS. They have hidden fees $55 for a "COVID rinse" and $15 for "PPP" (the pricing was never stated) Im sharing this pricing for everyone else. Made me wait 45 minutes for 6 mouth XRAYS. The staff is very unprofessional.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a crown that had come loose repaired. Dr. Melanie took care of it in no time. I continue to go to Wilshire Dental for my dental care even though I don't live in LA full time. No reason to go anywhere else.

I showed up for my appointment, and was told that I would have to be an uncovered 75$ copay (I have dental insurance that they accept). At no time was this communicated to me during the multiple scheduling calls I had with this office, and it honestly felt very scammy. I would recommend against coming to this dentist. I understand that they said this was for "covid measures", but I also pay for my dental insurance, and expect to receive the services as agreed to by my dental insurance. My medical insurance does not require me to pay extra, undocumented charges for office visits, and they are just as impacted by covid.

I had a great visit at this location. The staff are very efficient, and professional. They took their time explaining in great detail the dental issues that I have and what the plan of action would be. I did have sticker shock when I saw the costs of the recommended treatment. I have Delta Dental and my fault was in not knowing how this plan works. The staff went through it with me and now I feel confident going forward with the recommended treatments. I just want to emphasize that the ignorance of my dental insurance is on me, not the dentist.

Before going to Wilshire dental I was going to another dentist and I had the most horrible experience there with them.They traumatized me a little bit from being at the dentist but since I've gone to Wilshire dental for the past 6+ years they have been nothing but just awesome. They are the best dentist I've ever been at and they take care of me so great. they also work with me diligently with my insurance and make sure I'm getting the best prices and best service available. Doreen have been one of the best person with helping me with all of this while I'm at Wilshire dental along with the dentist they have been nothing short of just awesome and I would recommend them to everyone. BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!

Very professional and very courteous, The staff not only take great care of my teeth, but also cured me of dental phobias. They have given me years of great service, I highly recommend them.
