Dr. Lyman earned his bachelors degree from Arizona State University (but dont hold that against himhe enjoys Wildcat sports too). After he graduated from ASU, Summa Cum Laude, he was accepted into the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at A.T. Still University where he earned his Certificate of Public Health with a dental emphasis and became a Doctor of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Lyman is always interested in continued education, locally and nationally. He is committed to knowing the best and most current techniques, treatments and technology available, not only because this is the industry he loves, but because he knows his patients expect unsurpassed care and he expects that of himself too.
After graduating from dental school Dr. Lyman took an internship in Galveston, TX to gain more experience learning the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. From there he practiced general dentistry in Texas with more than 50% of his patients being children, which he REALLY enjoyed.
Before attending college, Dr. Lyman spent 2 years in Mississippi as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints but he had lived in Arizona most of his life. When he and his wife (a native Arizonan) learned a dental practice was available in Tucson, Arizona they jumped at the opportunity to move their family back home. In their free time, you can usually find the Lymans (including their 4 children) exploring local attractions, attending sporting or cultural events, playing at a park, hiking, swimming or riding bikes.
Over the years, Dr. Lyman has volunteered his time serving in local and foreign communities at Give Kids a Smile, AZ Mission of Mercy, Day for Special Smiles and with Latin World Ministries. If you cant tell, Dr. Lyman loves people and dentistry!
As the office manager, my job is to oversee the office operations. Im committed to making a positive experience for our patients and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and loved ones outdoors. My goal is to incorporate my wealth of knowledge and customer service skills that Ive acquired over the years to best serve our patients.
My passion for providing care started in the nursing field. I ultimately followed my heart and graduated in dental hygiene in 2012. I always knew I wanted to be a hygienist as a child, practicing on my baby sister. I love making our patients experience more enjoyable while providing a comfortable environment and gentle touch. I have two beautiful children, a loving husband, and many family members and friends whom I enjoy spending my free time with.
Michelle became a dental hygienist six years ago, after leaving her first career as an Interior Designer. She moved to Tucson a year ago from the Hawaiian islands, but has lived all over the United States. She keeps busy with all her hobbies, along with family and friends. She enjoys all aspects of being a dental hygienist, and is passionate about getting to know and educate each person in her chair.
I have been in the dental field since 1990. Im blessed to be part of the team today. I enjoy making patients feel comfortable the minute I bring them back to the exam room.My hobbies: I love to listen to local bands, going to concerts, singing karaoke and dancing, and of course, eating out.
I am a Native Tucsonan. I have been a dental assistant for 14 years and truly enjoy helping our patients keep a healthy smile. I love staying up to date with the newest dental products and technology, continuously growing in my dental career. My free time is spent hanging out with my daughter and son. We love being outdoors, fishing camping and traveling.
I graduated from PMI in 2012. I decided to go into the dental field because I wanted to help people get the healthy smiles they deserve and gain confidence in themselves. What I love about working at this office is the warm, friendly environment. We all work well together as a team and have fun at work too. My free time consists of playing with my daughter, trips with my husband, and working part time as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.
I have lived in Tucson for 33 years and worked as a dental receptionist for over 3 1/2 years. What I enjoy most about this office is when our patients walk in they are greeted with a smile and treated like family. My hobbies include going to church, watching boxing, camping and fishing. I really enjoy the outdoors. I have five children and nine grandchildren. I look forward to meeting you when you come to the office!

I just moved to Tucson and was recommended Wilmot Family Dentistry. Dr Lyman was very nice and Michelle did a great job cleaning my teeth...she has a gentle touch!

Dr. gold retired and Wilmot Family Dentistry became my new dentist. I was concerned about a sensitive tooth and having no insurance I was also concerned with the cost. My appointment was on time and sonic cleaning is something new to me. Then, the office fit me in for a quick filling. Dr. Lyman explained the process as and what to expect as it was happening. Personable staff, great service, an experienced Doctor, and the best, a filling for only $100. Looks like I have a dentist for life.

Everyone is very polite, caring and makes you feel comfortable. Sarah was exceptional with my entire visit, made sure I was taken care of to the last detail of making future appointments. Office Manager very professional with discussion of financial responsibilities. Dr Lyman in being honest in his treatment plan and gentle with his work. Highly recommend this practice.

I'm terrified to go to a dentist! It had been way too long, and I had a big issue (needed a tooth extraction). Honestly, it was nothing like what I'd feared. I love these people, and will be a patient as long as they'll have me!

Dr. Lyman recognized a condition my children had that had gone unrecognized despite the same symptoms for six months to a year by our previous dentist, and referred us to an excellent specialist. His staff are friendly and efficient, the office runs smoothly and we are almost always seen on time or early. We've moved across town but keep our dental appointments here because of the quality of service.

They told me they approved my insurance weeks before and then after my appointment charged me $89, and then sent me another bill a month later for $133. Not cool and not even an apology for making the mistake.

I have been coming here for years now and the attention to detail is incredible and the Staff is just amazingly friendly and professional. I was in yesterday for a routine cleaning and my dental hygienist Melissa was so nice and gentle! I would recommend this Dental Office to anyone looking for a better, friendlier and awesome dental experience. Keep up the Great work guys!
