Dr. Gregory Garrett is pleased to be able to offer beautiful smiles to his neighbors in Wilmington and the surrounding communities. Dr. Garrett earned his dental degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry after earning his bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Garrett has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, most recently selecting courses focusing on implant placement and restorations. He also has specific training in all aspects of general dentistry, including new techniques, products, and procedures. This allows him to provide his patients with advanced, thorough, top-notch dental care.
Dr. Garretts commitment to lifelong education means he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results in the least invasive manner with a high emphasis on comfort. This commitment ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.

We have always been very happy here! We move a lot and when we were back in the area and close to Wilmington we'd drive from Fayetteville just for dentist appointments to go back here vs finding a new one. The staff and office is amazing!

Wonderful! The folks there are so friendly and accomodating. Dr. Garrett has been my family's dentist for a few years. The hygienists and office assistants are super kind and helpful. I just went in for a repair on a cracked tooth (and in a ton of pain). They got me an appointment within a couple of hours. And they did a fabulous job!

We were new to Wilmington in 2020 and Dr. Garrett's office was recommended to us. We appreciate the friendly, helpful staff and the good care we've received from the hygienist and Dr. Garrett. After a weekend emergency with a crown, Dr. Garrett met us promptly on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommend this practice!

By far the best dentist office in town. His staff are like family. Our family has used them for years and we still have all our teeth! Plus, we dont have to watch commercials of him "flossing" every time we go to the movies.

The staff here has been more than friendly and knowledgeable and educated me on care options I had no idea existed! We're new to Wilmington and I was so glad that I was able to get in quickly as a new patient! (Another place had a wait list for a few months!). Everyone at the front desk was friendly and my hygienist, Michelle, made sure I felt comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Garrett and his team!

Dr. Garrett and his staff are TOP NOTCH! While I have never "loved" the dentist, Dr. Garrett may be one of the most gentle! He definitely knows how to make Wilmington Smile!!
