I wasn't impressed. Out appointment was at 8am and we were the 1st to be called back but not until 830. The dentist never spoke to me, my 10 ans 13 year old were just told 'Tell your mother no cavities ". It would have been nice to be told by an adult and I have no idea if my 13 year old needs braces and wasn't even given a chance to ask. What should have been a 45 minute visit was double that. My children said flat out "those people didn't care"

My son mouth was full of tiny pieces of fillings, nurse forgot to polish his tea teeth ( since she was talking with her co-worker while working on his teeth) . She stopped him at the door and asked him to open his mouth and wiped that stuff on his teeth quick . My son had to hold the suction tube in his own mouth and she kept pushing his hand to redirect it . Called the office to talk to someone in charge.. but ... off course... no one called back

The entire staff at Wilmington dental care is absolutely amazing. We have been coming here for the past 3 1/2 years and do not mind having to drive an extra hour from Jacksonville just because of the care they provide for the kids. They are all very patient and very loving and caring when it comes to, your little ones. The keen attention and outstanding hospitality that they have four children with special needs is absolutely incredible. Five stars across the board.

I first found Wilmington Dental Care last year for my son's dental needs as they were recommended for pediatric patients. My son was very comfortable for his procedure and they had him in and out quickly. Definitely would recommend.

As a foster mom, this experience was amazing. They knew what they were doing for the foster care side of processes, their check in is done with an employee so nothing is overwhelming and everything is explained, their staff is diverse, and they take Medicaid. Highly recommend!

Currently sitting in the room during my son's first dentist appointment, and have to say, this dental hygienist, Shameika, is AMAZING with him. Has my 5 year old cracking up and smiling, explains everything on his level and even put a paw patrol blanket on him when he said he was cold. Someone give this girl a raise.

I brought my son here for his first dentist appointment today. I can't even describe how wonderful this experience was! From check in till check out everyone was so kind and involved. Everyone spoke to my son and I and it made us feel so welcome. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!! We have found our new dentist office and we will be bringing all of our kids here!

I've never had a bad experience here until today. My son was seen for a routine cleaning which was fine then stayed longer to get a cavity filled. He was balling in the car saying how mean the dentist was to him. I picked up that she wasnt too warm but am disappointed that my son was that uncomfortable because of her. Like I said never had any bad experiences I've been bringing my kids here for 9 years until today.

When I take my kids to this office, not only do they receive excellent service but as I wait in the lobby for the completion of my kids visit, I am so amazed at the way the staff treats each and every kid that comes into that office....this is something you don't hear much ***IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO GO TO THE DENTIST ***(THIS OFFICE ESPECIALLY )
