I grew up in Naperville and completed my undergraduate studies at Benedictine University. I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. During my training, I was able to complete an Externship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I was trained by a hospital-based dentist. This experience has equipped me with a skillset in oral surgery, Endodontics, and cosmetic services along with the general scope of dentistry including veneers, crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, etc. In addition to my clinical experience, I had the opportunity to present research on Implant Dentistry at the International Association for Dental Research at San Francisco and Miami.
Born in Chicago and raised on Chicagos North Shore, Dr. Neuhaus has been a long-term local resident and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmette Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys his leisure time with his wife, Anne and their 2 children, Elise and Christopher.
Kathleen brings over 25 years of dental hygiene experience to Wilmette Dental. Known for her gentle, yet thorough technique, Kathleen is highly regarded among our patient family. In her spare time, Kathleen is an avid reader and always has suggestions on the latest best reads.
After receiving my bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Northwestern University, I have been practicing for over thirty years. When I am not working I may be power walking, playing canasta, playing mahjong or volunteering my time with the Tuberous Sclerosis organization. I have a wonderful familya great husband and two grown kids.We are planning a wedding for my daughter for next spring. My son will be graduating from law school this year. We also do a lot of dog sitting for my daughters dog. We are a family of dog lovers.Most of all, at work I truly enjoy seeing all the different patients throughout the day and having that one on one personal connection.

Truly the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. I've been coming to this dental office since I was a kid but moved out of state and came back while I was home for a month. Lily at the front desk is the most incredible human and was so accommodating with my schedule! And Bonnie who did my teeth cleaning made it so easy and as comfortable as possible! Dr Madrigal was so knowledgeable and helpful. Truly the only place I will ever go for any dental needs!

I have been a patient at Wilmette Dental for numerous years. Recently my dentist retired and he was replaced by someone new. The practice has seamlessly moved on with some new staffing and a new doctor. They continue to be excellent in every way and I have no reason to find a new dentist. I highly recommend Wilmette Dental for anyone looking for a dental practice. By the way if you are nervous about having your teeth cleaned, not to worry . Both Kathleen and Bonnie are both very efficient and have mastered their craft. Make an appointment, you won't be disappointed!

Have been coming to this practice for my entire adult life and transitioned through the regime change of Dr. Neuhaus to Dr. Madrigal. They have always been incredibly professional and treated me very well. Just yesterday I was there to fix a chipped front tooth and Dr. Madrigal was incredibly patient with my nervous questions about the process. The team does a great job and the operation runs like a well-oiled machine.

I am a new patient and I loved the experience from the start. Lili was so kind and welcoming. Kathleen and Bonnie were efficient with x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Madrigal was personable and efficient. I would recommend this dental office. It isn't scary going here!

I highly recommend Wilmette Dental! The office is clean and has a calming New England vibe. You'll feel welcome from the moment you walk in - Lily is the friendliest greeter, Bonnie is a wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Madrigal is the best dentist!

After 14 years in the Army and being treated only by Army dentist, I went to Dr. Madrigal for a second opinion. The Army wanted to remove a wisdom tooth because they felt it would be too difficult to perform a filling. Dr. Madrigal was very meticulous and was able to prevent me having to remove my wisdom tooth. Overall great experience and extremely professional bedside manner.
