Meet the Doctor Dr. JosephNguyen graduated from the University of Houston in 1996 with honors in Microbiology and Biochemistry. He then attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2000. While at dental school, Dr. Nguyen was on the Deans List and was a member of A.S.D.A. (American Student Dental Association). Upon graduating, Dr. Nguyen was recognized for his outstanding work and presented with the Excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry Award.
Since starting the practice in 2001, Dr. Nguyen has continued to strive for excellence for his patients by seeking advanced education to stay on the cutting edge of current dentistry. This includes averaging over 50 hours of continuing education courses every year and attending monthly implant study clubs. By devoting himself to advanced post doctoral study with some of the most renowned educators, Dr. Nguyen is able to utilize the latest techniques and technology to provide the utmost care and precision for his patients. With the use of state of the art equipment, the newest techniques, and the best ceramic artist and restorative labs, he provides the finest and most gentle cosmetic dentistry available. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Greater Houston Dental Society and Implant Study Club. Through these organizations he supports legislation and research to develop the newest techniques, promote dentistry, and to educate the public concerning their dental health; as well as sharpening and advancing his own skills .
Dr. Nguyen is a native of Houston and has been married to his long time love, Taseen for over 15 years and they have two beautiful little girls. In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen likes to golf, play tennis, and spend time with his family.
Christine is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Lamar Institute of Technology in 2014. LiTs rigorous program has trained her to be knowledgable in preventing and treating periodontal diseases. She enjoys doing chairside education with all of her patients to ensure they leave with proper oral hygiene instruction and care. Christine stays up-to-date with current dental hygiene practices by attending CE courses and reading career related journals. She has a baby girl named Taylor who she adores. In their free time they enjoy going to the park, watch plays and cook.
Joey Farley, RDH Joey was born and raised in a small town on the coast of North Carolina. After moving to Texas, he received his Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Graduated as VP of his class. His years of experience in helping patients prevent gum disease and stop the progression of it makes Joey an asset to our team. Some of his favorite hobbies include: Traveling Abroad, biking and Hiking/Camping. He has two fur babies, Koko and Butter.
Teresa Corona, RDA, Treatment Coordinator & New Patient Coordinator Teresa started with Willowbrook Dentistry in May 2008, She graduated from the Everest Institute and completed her internship with our team. Teresa quickly showed her commitment to provide exceptional quality care while enjoying the ongoing relationships with our patients. She keeps her certifications current with continuing education so she is able to assist our new patients for their comprehensive examinations. She is available to implement and discuss treatment plans, as well as make financial arrangements.Teresas favorite part of working in this field is helping our patients obtain a healthy beautiful smile. She is married to Omar and they have two children Emilie and Elian.
Sandra Franjul, RDA, Clinical Manager Sandra started with Willowbrook Dentistry in March 2016. She graduated from dental school in Mexico City, where she practiced dentistry for 10 years in her own office. She moved to Houston in 2010 and has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2011, staying current with dental practices by taking continuing education. Sandras passion is to help patients feel comfortable and have them leaving the office smiling every time. She is married with two kids and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Nena has been with Willowbrook Dentistry since 2007 as a receptionist and dental assistant. She has been a Dental Assistant since graduating from NIT in 2006. Nenas extensive knowledge of insurance and dentistry helps gain quick response in the payment of your claims. She is here to help you with any insurance and billing questions you may have. She enjoys the challenge of working with insurance. When she is not at work Nena loves spending time with her daughter Hailie and her family.
Priscilla Serna, RDA Priscilla joined our team in 2015. She graduated from Astrodome Career Centers. Priscilla has a great passion for taking care of her patients by staying up to date with the latest dental procedures. She enjoys helping patients achieve great smiles. During her free time, Priscilla enjoys the outdoors with her daughter Evelyn.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. They are super friendly, patient, and kind. I was so nervous upon arrival, when I left I was smiling ear to ear. I definitely recommend this office.

My son and I went in to Willowbrook Dentistry today for an exam and cleaning. We were very pleased with our visit. As a matter of fact, it was one of the best visits to a dentist office that we ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not have a long wait time and received excellent service. Everyone was great from the front office to the hygienist and then to Dr. Nguyen.

My son and I went in to Willowbrook Dentistry today for an exam and cleaning. We were very pleased with our visit. As a matter of fact, it was one of the best visits to a dentist office that we ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not have a long wait time and received excellent service. I would highly recommend this place for the proffesionalism, cleanliness, punctual with no waiting time and overall affordable. My friend recommended me this place and it was more than I expected.

Awesome Girls and Great Dentist. He may not be a pediatric dentist but you would never know it cus they were great with my 4 year old. He had a filling and is still not afraid of going back. Also they work fast and the office is clean and classy. Would recommend to anyone.
