Dr. Thomas received a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Utah. He graduated near the top of his class with his dental degree at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He then finished his orthodontic residency at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Thomas enjoys yardwork (really!), riding bikes with his family, the great outdoors, crossfit and running. When not at the office, you might find Dr. Thomas on the golf course looking for his golf ball, at the hardware store getting supplies for a new project, or driving his kids around on the four-wheeler.

My husband's teeth are very difficult to extract. Dr. Maxfield has been the only one that has ever removed my husband's teeth with ease! He was awesome with my daughter's wisdom teeth also!

The staff were very friendly and professional, the facility was clean and the surgeon saved me multiple appointments and was willing to just do the work I needed done and made sure I was comfortable afterwards. Great place for your oral surgery needs!

They did decent work, but the billing department is a total joke. Every time I go to make a payment, they have a different and higher amount for me to pay, claiming that it's because of insurance not paying as much as they estimated. We only went there because it was where our dentist sent us for my husband's wisdom tooth removal. I will never go there again.

They are quick efficient and amazing at what they do! They always have a smile for us and treat us incredible! So grateful we chose them to be our place! They definitely know how to treat their patients!

The service and quality are excellent but at every appointment I have had to wait around 45 minuets past my appointed time to be seen by the dentist, even my last morning appointment . I have to pay a babysitter to come, in my case time is money, and they are costing me
