Dr. Z grew up in Orange County, California where he completed his bachelors degree in biology from the University of California, Irvine. To build upon his knowledge of the basic sciences prior to dental school, Dr. Z earned his masters in public health with a focus on nutrition from the prestigious Loma Linda University in Southern California. Dr. Z continued his studies at the esteemed University of Western Ontario, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Following his studies in Canada, he became board certified in both Canada and the United States. Dr. Z began his practice in Southern California, where he was exposed to a diverse array of dental pathology.
Dr. Z has always believed that preventive care and a healthy diet are the foundation for maintaining a healthy smile and total wellness and he developed a passion for dentistry early on. While working in Southern California, he quickly became a patient favorite and widely respected amongst his colleagues. After practicing for several years in California, Dr. Z and his wife, Dr. D, moved to the Pacific Northwest. They are proud to call this area home and enjoy spending their time outdoors exploring the beauty it has to offer. They are both passionate about giving back to the community with volunteer work. Dr. Z truly believes in sharing his vast experience with future generations of dentists with his work as an affiliate faculty at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry, Oral Medicine Clinic.
Dr. Z prides himself on patient care and satisfaction. He strives for the finest outcomes for his patients and looks forward to utilizing his skills to make every dental experience a great one! When not at work, Dr. Z loves spending time with his family. Dr. Z and Dr. Ds family has grown (doubled in fact) and they are having a blast learning from their children and incorporating new practice philosophies into the practice.
Dr. D was born and raised in India and completed her first dental degree there. When her family relocated to Canada, Dr. D knew she couldnt abandon her love for dentistry. Thats when her journey to becoming recertified started. To support herself while going back to school, Dr. D worked as a dental assistant. After earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, she worked at a private practice in Orange County, where she met Dr. Z. Later, the two decided to venture off the pacific northwest to continue their adventure!
During her childhood years, Dr. D experienced various dental issues herself and that sparked her curiosity about the field. Being raised in an environment where dentistry was only attainable for the fortunate and dental education wasnt easily accessible shaped Dr. Ds outlook on dental care. She knew she had to create a practice that focused on prevention and offered a nurturing environment to eliminate patients fear of the dentist. Dr. D was exposed to a high volume of dental abnormalities in India which fast tracked her acquisition of valuable experience. Shes also completed several continuing education courses in dental implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ds greatest passions are being a mother to their two beautiful twins and cooking. Youll often find she and Dr. Z taking the two to visit local museums, zoos, and parks. Dr. D looks forward to meeting you and caring for your smile for many years to come!

(Edit)I had broken a tooth and my regular dentist couldnt see me. So I googled the closet dentist. Every one was really nice and the work was done quickly. It was a great experience all around until I woke the next day. The nerve was so inflamed and there was a slight bur left on the tooth and it felt like the tooth was not repaired at all. I had left a review based off the experience and was contacted by Dr. Singh the next day and was asked to come in so they could make it right , no charge. I came in asap and they shaved down the small bur and explained to me that the nerve was just really inflamed. They gave me some special tooth paste that has really helped. The care they took to not only make it right but explain what happened, what they are doing about it and what's the plan moving forward is why I am switching dentists. I called my regular dentist and canceled all future appointments and and now going to Willow smile.

This is my first time going to Willow Smiles Dentistry. I recently had to two crowns replaced at Willow Smiles Dentistry and felt very good when the crowns fit perfectly the first time. Just a very good feeling knowing that I had made a good choice to change dentist.

This is not my first time, I started my procedure sometime this year and almost done with my implants. Everybody is still so amazing from the moment I get a call from Terri or Keany, you would already feel the sincerity and their willingness to help, up to the moment you walk through the door and you leave with a warm farewell. Dr Singh and his staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Can't wait for my final implants, but I will still come back for my routine cleanings. Again, a big Thank You all to Willows Smiles Dentistry staffs!!!!!!

My first experience at Willow Smiles Dentistry was fairly routine. I was 6 months pregnant at the time, so not a whole lot of x-rays could be done. However, they did a good job at my scheduled teeth cleaning. Fast forward to roughly one year later. I chipped my tooth a few days ago and panicked, I called Willow Smiles and explained that I have a job where I facilitate meetings and present in front of our leadership team multiple times a day, so I really needed this taken care of quickly. They scheduled an appointment for me for 2 days later and I was anxious to get this taken care of. Even though I stressed that I was limited on time today, the assistant and the receptionist tried to convince me to throw my regular (but overdue) teeth cleaning, which I (for the 3rd time now) politely declined. This seemed to irritate the staff. Nonetheless, I was taken back to the dentist chair and waited patiently for the dentist. When the dentist arrived, she tried to sell me some orthodontic work, claiming my chipped tooth really wasn't because I fell on it but because my teeth were "too close together", an observation that has NEVER been stated in my adult years going to the dentist. Furthermore, when I refused orthodontic work, they told me they couldn't treat me today because I couldn't pay my $53.00 deductible upon treatment. It was extremely humiliating, and they definitely weren't quiet about it either. While I understand that payment is due upon visit, I've been to multiple dentists in the past who were more than okay with just sending me a bill/invoice. If I don't pay, they'd simply send to collections or refuse to treat me again. It's that simple. What was even more hilarious was the receptionist asking me repeatedly when I want to reschedule. Uh, never. No thank you. Not only have they lost my business, but they've lost my husband, my daughter, and the rest of my extended family as well. Hope the $53.00 was worth it. Go to Smith & Wetterhus Dentistry, they're way more flexible and have 10x the customer service that Willow Smiles does.
