Had a great First Visit and cleaning. They are all so nice and put you to ease. They were very thorough and I came out of there knowing I had a great checkup.

I needed twp crowns put in a before my upcoming wedding. The staff took my request very serious and was able to get my teeth cleaning, temporary crowns, and permanent crowns done swiftly. Dr. Brubaker did a phenomenal job. My teeth look great!

Sad to see a total turn over in staff since my last visit 7 months ago. I've been going here for 20 years. Today I did not recognize one employee. Waited half hour past my appointment time, which I was 5 -10 minutes early for. I understand a backlog though, this does not contribute to my 2 stars. What does is the fact my original appointment was cancelled due to " your Hygienist no longer works here" It was like going to a completely new dentist office. Cleaning was OK, not as good as it use to be, fastest cleaning I've ever had, little talking, which felt awkward. I did get what I paid for, but will be seeking another practice that doesn't make it seem like a car wash.

Prior to the Pandemic, this office was spectacular year over year since I started. They even asked me to do a video as I was so gracious every single time - for everything, and everyone. After many years of consistent care, life happened. They understood and kept me on. Pandemic - I became a FEMA RN. Please know, with FEMA, they call and you are on a plane the next morning. When I came home in March, I asked for MY hygienist, Brenda, I was told it would be late August. 5 months! As the time neared, I received MANY calls to change my appt sooner (cancellation list), I declined b/c it was close and I wanted Brenda as she does her job the best. Late July, I did pick up the phone. Asked if I could come in the next day. Said yes for 2 pm. Next day, my washing machine and disposal backed up and I was in the mess of a lifetime. I forgot. Heavily apologized. They set a new date in a week or so. Later called and said Brenda is off that day. Now said I had to wait until Nov. Said they gave away my initial Aug appt. Managers VM was FULL. REALLY? Front desk would not help or let me talk to Brenda. Perfect care to no care/no concern. I was out. I now am settled elsewhere. What a shame.

It is sad to see they only post the 5 star reviews...... All the wonderful hygienists have left as of July 2022. They currently have 1 hygienist on maternity leave.. That I'm not sure she actually cleans teeth... Sad and are currently waiting for another hygienist to start.... Fingers crossed that this one will actually clean teeth. This used to be a wonderful family oriented dental practice that the corporation has just turned it into a money factory never mind what your patient needs just do what brings in money kind of practice very sad.

Husband and I had scheduled appointments to receive a call from Willow Run Dental to call them to reschedule, day before our appointment. If you don't mind being rescheduled out for six months later. We will be taking our busniess elsewhere! Poor service......

Things have changed in the past year at this office. Over the 9 years I was a patient, I felt welcomed, and things ran smoothly. Unfortunately, after a complete turn over of the front office staff, customer service is not what it should be. My new hygienist (the previous one left due to the changes that were demanded of the hygienists) was out of the office for my appointment. They attempted only once to reach me, unsuccessfully. So I arrived because I had received 2 reminder texts already. I was told the appointment was cancelled, and I could not be seen. They offered a visit 5 months from now. There was no apology. It was like they didn't care that I had wasted 30 minutes driving there, not to mention the fuel. Disappointing.

I am so disappointed with Willow Run. Went for my appt. today. It has been scheduled for 8 months. I even confirmed 2 weeks ago. When I went in, the person at the desk said, "Oh, we might have tried calling you." I said that I did not receive any missed calls and was near my phone all morning and the previous days. She said I am sorry but the person who does your teeth has decided to take Fridays off. They can't schedule me again for 2 months. The same exact thing happened to my sister except she had actually taken the day off of work. I have been going to Willow Run for over 35 years and never have I been so disappointed. I immediately called another dentist and was welcomed with an appointment just a few weeks away. I would not suggest this dentist to others. It used to be wonderful but since it was bought out, it is awful. Almost all the people have left there.

Im a very anxious person when it comes to the dentist. My previous hygienist left the office and I was given a new one. Kim my new hygienist, was amazing! Very sweet and kind. She was so patience with me especially know my anxiety with the dentist and a specific tooth. She kept thanking me for coming in for my appointment even though it's not my favorite task. Great experience and hope to continue to have her.

Dentists, hygienists and office staff who really know what they're doing to provide excellent dental care. And, they really do care, and are concerned about making my trips to the dentist as comfortable and successful as possible. I am so glad my friends recommended Willow Run Dental!

I have not been able to find a dentist that makes me not freaked out . I hate the sounds, weird objects in my mouth, hands in my mouth, and not being able to actually say a thing while someone tries to talk to me. It all freaks me out. I haven't been able to find a place that made me want to come back... well until I went to Willow Run Dental. When I walked in a really sweet gal welcomed me at the door- she asked if I had any concerns for my first visit and she made me feel like I was a human and that my concerns or worries were going to be put at ease because they would take great care of me. Then I was welcomed by Joan... Joan gets me. She wanted to know me, what my concerns were, and when she caught wind of me being scared of the dentist she did everything in her power to make sure I was cared for in a way that took all the worry away. She educated me, listened to me, and was a really good mind reader it's like she knew when I started to become a little uncomfortable and would say things like "are you doing okay? Does this spot feel sensitive?" "Let's take a break!" She didn't make me feel bad for my fear of the dentist she welcomed it. She made it a goal to ensure that the next day I would show for my cleaning, and that I did! Thanks Joan for making something that was scary not so scary... for doing an amazing job cleaning my teeth .. for taking the time to teach me some new tricks and tips... and for caring about my comfort!!!! See you soon!!!
