Great service. The nurses come in and explain what will be done , Dr Narde comes right in things are ready, he does his procedures and out he goes, the nurses then wrap everything up. They enjoy you are comfortable the whole time.

My first time here and I had a very pleasant experience. Amanda was my dental hygienist and she was amazing! Very friendly and informative throughout my entire visit. I enjoyed that they did thorough exams and X-rays before my cleaning. Dr. Narde was equally as friendly. My appointment was 8am and I was out by 9:30am (if not earlier). Check in/out process was a breeze. Safe to say my search for a primary dentist is over. I look forward to returning.

My experience at Willow Point Dental was amazing. The staff was very friendly and caring. My dental hygienist Christy explained in detail my oral health condition and provided recommendations for improvement. I will continue to visit and strongly recommend others for their dental care to visit there location.

I had a really great experience with everyone from the moment I walked in. I have some anxiety when it comes to the dentist and was worried about being lectured/shamed but everyone was so kind throughout the whole process. Feeling very hopeful about my dental care now.

I was asked to arrive at 1:15 pm, along with multiple appointments. Staff takes lunch form 12 to 1:30. I arrive 15 min early, to be responsible. I had to wait for staff for 15 min for their benefit and it caused me to press my patient contact, late. Don't tell me to arrive early for your benefit, so that I absorb the time deficit. It cause me to be late for my patients. Selfish.

My family has been clients since we moved to Columbus. There is something special about Willow Point Dental. Top notch customer service and a great physical setting. The staff is competent and friendly. I love the warm pillow.

Can honestly say that I've always had great experiences with Dr. Narde and his staff. I'm not just another patient in a busy practice. I feel valued and appreciated. My input into my treatment plan matters. If you're looking some one to meet your dental needs, I highly recommend them!

Today I received the best tooth cleaning I've ever experienced from Amanda. She was gentle, and really made the process enjoyable. My teeth feel amazing after my cleaning, without any discomfort. I can't put how satisfied I am into words. This is the first time I've ever had my teeth cleaned like this, and I am in my 70s! Thank you so much. Posting on behalf of my father.

It was a very good experience I haven't been to the dentist in a while, and everybody from the young lady at the reception desk to the ladies in the back that took care of my mouth and me and the beautiful picture window with the lake and the geese and the doctor I liked him a lot he was very nice told me like it was if you want a Corvette you can get a Corvette but you can get by with the Volkswagen.lol, it was a very good experience thank everyone there I appreciate it

I always have a GREAT experience at Willow Point! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Christie, my dental hygienist is the best! Christie always creates a friendly atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable and I know my teeth are getting the best care!
