Dr. Sameh 'Sam' Alzayat knows that he has the best job in the whole world! He enjoys working with children, and helping parents understand their childrens dental needs. He uses his extensive experience to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate manner.
Dr. Sam graduated from Loma Linda University School of dentistry in 2004. He remained there as an Assistant Clinical Professor from 2004 to 2005. He then practiced as a general dentist from 2005 to 2008. During this time, Dr. Sam developed a strong interest and passion for treating children of all ages. In 2008, he returned to Loma Linda University, where he furthered his education in pediatric dentistry. In June 2010, Dr. Sam received his advanced education Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Loma Linda University. His training has given him extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric dental care, including caring for infants and patients with special needs. Dr. Sams goal is to be a positive influence in childrens lives and to empower them to take pride in their smiles and their oral health.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When he is not chasing his son, Ramses, around, he enjoys playing basketball, wake-boarding, and going on dental missions.

Would highly recommend Willow Pediatric. They took wonderful care and did an outstanding job with my daughter. She had 3 teeth removed and they took amazing care of her throughout the entire appointment. She was very nervous and the staff made her feel comfortable and helped her relax. 5 out of 5 stars easy!!!

This review is long overdue! We first visited Dr. Sam Alzayat's office last year and my son loved it! Today, he went in for another check up and the visit was as pleasant as the first. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and make his visits absolutely stress free. Their facilities are clean and designed for children in the smallest of details. We have had to do does some major dental work and it always goes out without incident. I love that my son gets so excited and visit his "friends". Thank you Dr. Sam and your amazing team!

Very friendly and welcoming office for kids and parents. All the staff are enthusiastic and genuine which makes the kids feel at ease immediately. Both kids came by for the first time today, 5 and 3, and they both loved the toys, touch TV with puzzles and games in the waiting room! They actually we're excited to come to Willow Pediatric Dentistry and can't wait for their next visit. Highly recommended!

Dr Sam at Willow Pediatric Dentistry is a great dentist! He makes my boys feel easy about their procedures which means so much to me. The office is clean, super modern, and welcoming. His front office receptionist, Nancy, is really helpful and friendly which makes for a warm and streamlined visit. I highly recommend this Dr and office to care for your child's dental needs. A+ service!

Thank you Willow Pediatric! Dr. Sam is informative, works very well with my little guy & will address any concerns. It is a little bit of a drive for us but my 3 old & myself feel comfortable in this office & we will continue our visits.

This was our first visit to Willow Pediatric Dentistry and I am beyond happy with how wonderful everyone there treated us! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by name. Dr Sam and his staff are wonderful, caring people who were professional, warm, and pleasantly conversational. My kids were happy, I was happy. The lobby is well appointed with items to keep kids entertained, and plenty of seating. We were the only patients in the office which was very refreshing. Overall I am very happy with the entire visit.

I can't recommend this practice highly enough! My daughter fell and bumped her front tooth. We were able to be seen very quickly. The staff is super friendly. The office is clean and has all the latest technology. Dr Alzayat is very friendly and great with kids! My daughter had a great experience. The best part is her tooth is going to be ok! I'm so glad we found this place. I know where we will be bringing our kids to from now on. If you are anywhere in south OC this is the place to come to.

Dr. Sam and his staff were very friendly with client, and when comes to my 4 yrs old son, they know how to interact with him and get his cooperation during the process. My son loved the dentist office, the setup to watch cartoon while Dr. Sam was working on his teeth, and playing with touchpad game screen in the waiting room. I will go back there for his next repair visit.

Very helpful and understanding. The Dr. is competent, caring and explained everything in a way that I was able to follow. He also checked to make sure I knew what was going on and provided the best options for my child's and my specific situation. 10/10 would recommend!

STOP evaluating practices and pick up the phone to make your appointment here! You won't regret it! My husband and I drove 1.5 hours to Dr. A to make Willow Pediatric Dentistry our dental home for our son. The office is brilliantly beautiful and state-of-the-art. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and of course, Dr. Alzayat is, too. Our little guy warmed to him instantly and Doc was very lighthearted, gentle and sweet. So happy with our experience here and can't wait for our kiddo to grow up in this practice.
