Professional, kind, and thorough. This is our second use of Dr. Ma's expertise. He and his staff are outstanding. And no pain involved!

Front desk are very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Kim was great. The only downside is the lady (Her name is Tania) took me in and did the X-ray was extremely rude. When she took me in, she said"ok, I can take you in." I said"I'm Annie". She said"yeah". I said"I just want to make sure you're taking the right person" Through out the whole X-ray process, she was rough, no "how are you doing" or whatsoever. She was very robotic and pushed my mouth hard and hurts so much. She shouldn't be working in a service industry.

Pleasant, efficient staff. Dr Kim was knowledgeable and experienced and completed my dental bone graft amazingly quickly. He minimized injection pain with tapping ( distraction) and made sure I was still numb when I left to go home. Good verbal and written instructions. Staff were helpful when I had a side effect from one of the medications 5 days after the procedure. I have felt well taken care of at Willow Glen Dental Specialists.

Fast, but thorough. Pain free treatment. Definitely would return if the need arose again. But hopefully it doesn't!

Front desk was very welcoming and kind. I went in to extract four of my wisdom teeth and Dr. Oz Simel had me in and out very quickly. He and his assistants explained everything they were doing during my procedure. In addition, my recovery is going well. Definitely recommend this place.

My exam was very through. Future procedures needed were clearly explained. The pricing structure is a bit unclear.

Priced high. Some follow-up with the parent immediately following the procedure would have been nice-- I had to ask for it and it seemed to be a bother. Just seems like common sense to assure a parent that the procedure went well. Also Instructions on when to take the first pain pill?? Wisdom teeth are out on same day as consult so that is a huge positive (we were prepared with an empty stomach).

Dr. Zaghi was very comforting and easy to talk to. She explained about my treatment and next steps. My root canal was done quickly with out any issues.

Personnel at the front desk and doctor's assistants are courteous, efficient and experienced. Dr. Henry Ma, performed a smooth and excellent endodontic procedure and I highly recommend his knowledge and expertise.

I have my tooth extracted yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was. Dr. Simel and his staff were all very nice and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Simel!

Doctor Simel comes with a wealth of professionalism and experience. To top it off, he along with his staff are reasonable, approachable and engaging. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit!!!
