I went and had my tooth that I was in excruciating pain for the last three days I am a new patient at the dentist and the girls was very courteous and long behold when I went in I did not think that I was going to be able to get my tooth taken care of today but once Dr. Shah seen my discomfort and pain level he said he was going to do my extraction today to relieve me of my pain I was so grateful I recommend WGDC for anyone who is nervous about dental care. They were great and I will be Recommending my family to go here as well. Nicole

I'm Jim's wife Mary and I'm so happy I've finally found a dentist like Dr. Shah He not only is caring but actually listens to my concerns and understands by budget and him and the front office works with you The girls at the front desk are awesome and always there to address your concerns

This review is for my friend's visit last year, I just write this review so it might be helpful to the new patients, ***as I noticed, most clinics would make you do deep cleaning as soon as first appointment so beware!!! 1. The first visit appointment was delay by 45 minutes, the receptionist did not apologize but my friend didn't want to make it a big deal. 2. The price came out the same compare to the other clinics as if he doesn't have insurance for deep cleaning( $1000 he had hmo delta dental insurance). 3. He had service in 2021 and paid in full, my friend recently just got a bill in July 2022 from this clinic and stated that he still owes money for his 2021 service. 4. I called the clinic for my friend for explanation for the past due, ended up my friend overpaid to them $80 , (I think the receptionist name "Mica" ) she said it could be someone mistakenly posted the payment to somewhere else that's why my friend account was past due, I asked her if they don't have me speaking out for my friend and couldn't get the proof, my friend will end up having bad credit for not paying or maybe force to pay the remaining that they thought he didn't pay. 5. She did say a word sorry and immediately explained that was not her fault , so I asked her is that's the only apologized they got, she said "yes" she did say sorry, and explainedagain that's she's very busy and only person who doing everything??? Me and my friend just got blank and had nothing to say and just let this be lesson learned. ***hopefully it help someone!

Wow, I can't believe how impressed I am with this dental practice. I took my 83-year-old mother there today to see Dr. Shah for the first time. She had a mouthful of issues and first thing he did was sit down (which you don't realize is much more pleasant than when they're standing and in a hurry) and ask how he could help. We had previously seen another dentist that seemingly only managed triage and not the full scope of dental issues. Dr. Shah was patient, very thorough (took complete set of X-rays so he could really understand the full picture), gave all options and their associated costs as well as general level of intensity, thoroughly explained everything from bone structure to the different type of partials and dentures, and was never judgmental with the direction we chose. We didn't feel rushed at all (a rarity in the dental world) either. And he seemed very well-informed on the latest ideas in dentistry as well as the impact of a certain infusion my mother gets for her osteoporosis. It was easy to get an appointment within a few days of calling, too. As for the staff, they were exceptionally considerate, professional, and friendly. I learned so much today, such as bone grafting when we get her teeth extracted. And my mother, whose father was a dentist, was quite impressed with the whole practice as well!

Visited the center in 2021 for crowns which were recommended by the dentist and upon review of how much the insurance will cover and how much I would have to be responsible for, I signed up for 2 of 7 crowns to be completed. Upon completion, they found out that they have treated my teeth which weren't supposed to be covered by the insurance and now is asking me to pay for the crown (which I didn't need based on the insurance agency review). I called them several times and every time the manager is not available and never received a single phone call back. All they say is that I need to wait for the final decision. Now in June of 2022, they send me a one statement without any details of the dispute asking for my payment $1,100.00 IMMEDIATELY. I don't know what is a scam if this isn't.
