Dr. Esther Jeong was born in Seoul, Korea, but was raised in America. Her father was in the United States Army so she has lived and traveled all over the U.S while she was growing up. In fact, she has been to all 48 continental states in the United States with Hawaii and Alaska being the only ones she has not visited! Dr. Jeong attended Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry and religion. She later attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where she graduated with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After finishing dental school, she moved to Texas with her husband, Tony, and their five childrenDawn, Jade, Hope, Drew and Soul. They have two Shih Tzu dogs, Max and Ruby. Dr. Jeong maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, North Texas Dental Society, Texas Dental Association and National Association of Seventh-day Adventist Dentists. When asked why Dr. Jeong chose to go into the dental field her response was:
Serving the community and volunteering are very important to Dr. Jeong. Over the years she has done numerous missionary work in Belize, Honduras, Korea, and Bangladesh. She volunteered at elementary schools and AIDS/HIV clinics as a dental student, and as a dentist, she has also volunteered stateside at Pathways to Health events in San Antonio and Ft. Worth, and she. She feels very fortunate to have great staff to work with everyday. She is also grateful for the great patients she gets to see daily. Her daily prayer is that every patient that walks in the door leaves in a better state than when they walked in. Dr. Jeong has many hobbies. She enjoys being active by playing sports like soccer, softball, swimming and volleyball. She also has a hidden talent when it comes to playing the guitar and singing. Because Dr. Jeong has grown up traveling all over the United States, she still finds joy in it. She is actively seeking out new places to visit and experiences that bring her out of her comfort zone.

The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. They are all so gracious and kind to my kiddos. Dr. Jeong is always wise and conservative. I never feel pressured to do things that I do not feel are necessary!! I always HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone I know!

I love this dentist office!!!! Everyone is so nice! I recently moved to Wylie and had to find a new dentist for my family. When I tell you Dr. Jeong and her staff is so AMAZING! Dr. Jeong is so patient, nice, soft spoken and concerned. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Wish I knew her long time ago.

Awesome Dentist! Dr. J really cares and the staff does too! My son had an accident that caused him to break 2 front teeth on a Saturday night and come early Sunday morning she opened up to do dental surgery. (When their office was closed) I had called so many dentist in our area and no one would return my call or get him in! Dr. J was the only one! We are so thankful for her! Best Dentist ever!

If you are in the Wylie/Murphy/Sachse area I highly recommend this dentist office! They're honest and don't force work that might or might not be needed. They are great with my kids. My husband started to go recently and he was impressed on how well they explained things to him. If your looking for a new dentist I suggest you give them a try!

It's not often that you find a dentist that you immediately feel comfortable and safe with. When my dentist retired, I went to a chain dental practice and immediately felt unwelcomed and didn't return. A neighbor referred Willow and I gave them a shot. I'm so glad I did. The chain dental practice refused to do a regular cleaning and said a deep cleaning was required while a yr later going to Willow, they did a regular cleaning just fine. Will never leave them!

When I moved to the Murphy- Wylie area is was imperative to find a very good pediatric dentist for my children's dental care. After asking for recommendations on a few social media platforms, Willow Family Dentistry kept popping up in my recommendations. I decided to set my first appointment, and four years later I am still with this dental practice. From the front office staff to the check out process, the experience is exceptional. As a matter of fact, the experience before going into the office is exceptional because they will always call/text to verify information- there is no surprise or ridiculous wait times when you get there. The front office staff is always cheerful and I cannot tell when either of them is having a bad day. As for the Dentist, Dr. Jeong, her bed-side manner is exceptional. Dr. Jeong listens to the parent's concerns and simplifies terms of treatment and after care. She has a good sense of humor and is very easy-going with kids. I will continue to bring my kids here and I plan on becoming a patient sometime in the future. I am glad they offer a range of services and treatments to adults and not only kids. Give them a call! It will be worth your time and experience.
