Understandable that you have delays in offices but my appointment was delayed due to issues with other patients which was frustrating. Also, when my appointment started the office seemed to be in disarray as they didn't know where materials were and had two or three people having to get up to look for things. Not the quality I have come to expect as I have been utilizing this practice for nearly 45 years now.

LAST MINUTE EXAM got me in saved me.Great people. Cheap as I payed out of pocket. Dr F is one nice guy and his son and partner....Im going back Thanks.......uall Update got partial from lab and tooth was short I was bummed and crying until Doc Fitz dummied me up ,did some magic and fashioned the correct color and length right there right now. fits great looks great. Every time I walk in the Girls at the desk know my name and are so nice I cant remember the last time someone knew my name and didn't have to ask me. I walked away today very impressed and thankful..Dont forget the great coffee out of the Keurig machine while you briefly wait.

I gave Willow Dental a 4 because it's my first time. But what I experienced was great! Dr. Dawson was awesome. I believe he will be a great Dentist for the community. The staff was great and smiling! Nice experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the work of Sasha and how she made me feel comfortable amidst so many changes. Christi was an excellent hygienist. No more poking and sharp pain, an excellent professional. Doc Fitzgerald calm and thorough as ever. Great staff, excellent service.

Bit of a cluster *%$# at reception. I have never encountered that before. I have had this appt. For months. I did receive a call at work regarding Insurance, which was an inconvenience and when I got there wanted another medical history. Could have been emailed prior to appt. Other than ok. Everything was great today. My first crown.):

The new procedures were a little rough on my gums and jaw. The new hygienist, Chrissy, was so positive and upbeat today for my dental cleaning. It was a big relief to have someone cheerful. And, I got to see my favorite dentist of all time, Doc Fitzgerald.

I and my family have been going to this same dentist for three generations now. Always, they are considerate of your comfort. The building just got remodeled too. So when you're leaned back in the chair.. on the ceiling, you will see what is on tv. It's a good distraction while your teeth are getting worked on.

Beware here. I've been a client for 20 years twice annual cleanings, filling replacements. No acute concerns. Suddenly with new ownership the hygentist declared my gum measurements too severe; the only option would be gum surgery and not worth her time or trouble to do routine cleaning. When I spoke with the office manager about my concerns she put me on hold for 30+ minutes and then did not return my next call. I took my business to another dentist who declared my home hygiene very good, my gum measurements all within normal and my enamel density as well. I'm sad to lose my neighborhood dentist but this new outfit are scoundrels.

My family has been going to Dr. Fitzgerald for over 25 years and Ave always had a great experience! The staff is very friendly - we love hygienist Amanda and "Doc" Fitzgerald! We always feel like family when we see them! The staff isn't just immensely qualified; they are thorough and very reasonable. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!
