Meet Sarah, one of our amazing Hygienists! Sarah graduated with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013 and has been a proud member of the Willow Dental team since joining the staff in 2018. Fostering relationships, seeing familiar faces, and educating patients on preventive care is one of her favorite parts of the job. In her free time, Sarah enjoys creating arts and crafts, traveling, spending time with friends, and soaking up every moment with her three children!
As the Lead Dental Assistant here at Willow Dental, Leah is passionate about providing patients with personalized care in a down-to-earth environment. With over 20 years of chairside experience, Leah knows what it takes to make sure each and every smile gets the quality treatment they need. When shes not strengthening your grin, Leah loves to spend her time with her three kids. She also enjoys cooking for her family and working with her rescue horse, Misty!
Get to know Alex, one of our awesome Hygienists! Alex graduated from MATCs Dental Hygiene program in 2016 and has been working at Willow Dental ever since. As a lifelong resident of New Berlin, Alex loves to see some familiar faces in the chair! One of her favorite things about the job is getting to establish patient relationships each and every day. In her spare time, Alex enjoys cooking, spending time up north, hanging out with friends and family, and snuggling with her dog and four cats!
As a member of our Reception Team, Cindy is happy to greet you into Willow Dental with a smile! Cindy genuinely enjoys meeting new patients and helping them feel right at home in our practice. When shes not answering questions and making sure youre comfortable, you can find Cindy cheering on the Brewers, spending time with her family, and snuggling with her fur baby. She also enjoys gardening and reading! Cindy cant wait to welcome you to Willow Dental soon!
With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, Jenny brings sharp knowledge and expertise to her loyal patient base. Jenny has been both an assistant and a hygienist and is well rounded when it comes to understanding the ins-and-outs of the patient experience. After graduation from the MATC Dental Hygiene program in 2015, she chose to join the Willow Dental team in 2020 and has been loving it ever since. When shes not improving your smile, Jenny spends time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends. She looks forward to taking care of your oral hygiene needs soon!
Ross graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and is looking to start developing his career in the field of Dentistry! He was a chef at a restaurant for almost 9 years during high school and college. Ross still loves to cook and enjoys sharing his culinary expertise with friends and family. When Ross is not at work you can find him at home in the kitchen, outside by the grill with a cold refreshment, on the golf course with multiple cold refreshments, and with friends. Ross enjoys almost any activity with friends and family! One of his favorite things to do is take a quick weekend trip to Door County with his girlfriend to enjoy food, wine, and various activities!

Dr. Burns is the best! She gave me the smile I've dreamed of having for years! All of the staff at Willow Dental are amazing! From my very first visit I've felt right at home. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. I really cannot say enough good things!

In the past we received calls to reschedule our appointments. No problem, things happen. We have arrived on time and had waits, we understand things happen. My wife received a call when she was on her way there asking about her arrival, she told she would be 5 to 10 minutes late. Our appointment was cancelled and we have been billed $25 for the privilege.

I give my experience a 4 star. Only 4 not 5 because I don't give out 5 stars very often when I give a review. 5 star is walking on water. What I will say is Dr Burns is a new dentist to the office and so far I like her. Dr Jake is good too. He's harder to get an appointment with, so I went with Dr Burns. She really took time with me, answered all my questions. I'll be back in 2 weeks for a crown. I only have one in my mouth, and that one is 45 years old! so, we will see how this goes. I'm not a fan of dental work (who really is) but Dr Burns has great bedside manner. Alex who cleaned my teeth today was very kind and nice. The office is extremely clean. I give that a 5. I've never been to such a clean dentist office, or any office for that matter. That's a very comforting feeling. Staff is nice. That's a plus. So far, so good....ask me in another month. It's been 4 visits now and Dr Burns is great! Alex is my hygienist and I love her. She's friendly, gentle, and does a great job. I never went to the dentist. Was always afraid. Only when things got bad I'd go, and then I'd just get the tooth pulled. I am sure had I known an Alex and Dr Burns, I'd have a lot of my teeth left. Glad I found them and today's check up and cleaning was good. Everything looks great, cleaning went well, and I'll be back. This office is worth the visit!!

Another fantastic experience at Willow! I had been suffering from severe tooth sensitivity, and Dr. Dwan conducted a thorough exam to get to the source of the problem. Professional and personable, Dr. Dwan talked me though the exam and we discussed the aftercare that worked best for me. I am incredibly thankful for Dr.Dwan and the entire Willow Dental staff!

The doctor was wonderful! They handled the crown in house so I wouldn't have to have a temporary crown and come back! It was all done in one sitting!

After our insurance changed I had to find a dentist / office that took our insurance - I was nervous to make the change from a Pediatric Dentistry to Willow but from my initial interactions with the office manager / staff, I was impressed by the kindness and efficient help I received. They reassured me that they see children and confirmed for me that our insurance would cover us. They were awesome with getting 4 kids plus myself in and after the first kiddo (age 9) had his cleaning, I was happy but waited until after today when he had cavities filled to write the review. The dentist was so kind and my son did great with her from start to finish. I highly recommend willow dentistry and the dentist there.

Willow Dental is fantastic! My teeth are in rough shape, from my first exam back into the clinic both the hygienist (Yolanda) and Dr. Burns put me at ease! They are both incredibly kind and reassuring and Yolanda completed the most gentle bite-wing X-rays I've ever had! - I had my first crowns placed yesterday and the experience overall was much different than I was anticipating. As Dr. Burns says, " you are in the drivers seat" and I am in charge.. my comfort level was first priority. Dr. Burns and Yolanda clearly have a budding relationship that I am sure will endure for years to come. Dr. Burns is calm, reassuring, kind, gentle, she even gives breaks to swallow and rest.. which was new for me! So pleasant. I am so glad I have chosen Willow Dental to complete my restoration work and overall preventative care. :) I am now not as anxious about upcoming appointments knowing that I will be taken care of!

I had my first visit with Dr Dwan today at Willow Dental as I had recently moved back to WI. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere in the office was great. They made me feel very comfortable and the cleaning went great. I'm very happy that I found them for my dental needs.

A portion of one of molars cracked and broke off yesterday evening. Called today for an appointment and they were able to get me in late afternoon today. Got a crown installed today. Process took about 2 hours. I am very happy that the tooth was fixed today.

This dental office is very warm and welcoming. The office itself is well-appointed and relaxing. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Both my hygienist and dentist were very thorough and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dentist.
