We opened WDG to treat our patients the way we want to be treated; top notch service and an environment that is warm, inviting and would make people actually want to return to our office. The experience begins first by establishing a strong relationship with you, listening to your needs, wants and desires so that together we can achieve the level of health that you desire for yourself. We have three policies that we feel are important to share with our patients. We strongly believe in the gentle competency, quality, and longevity our work and professional efforts, and we therefore ask you to read this section thoroughly.
We believe all treatment begun should be completed. Incomplete treatment leads to problems, complications, misunderstandings, and usually further disease. Therefore, if a plan is agreed upon and started, it needs to be completed in a timely manner.
For patients with dental coverage we will do everything we can to assist you in receiving the coverage you are entitled to. We would like you to consider several important facts about dental insurance:
We provide the courtesy of filling out your insurance claim on your behalf on the date the service is rendered. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate insurance information which may include all of the following: Registration card, Date of Birth, Social Security number, Employer, ID number, and Group number. If we accept the assignment of benefits, then your estimated portion is due in full at time of service.

They are the worst, when it comes to billing, they will schedule you for an appointment and tell you to your face that the insurance will cover it , you go home with a peace of mind show up for your appointment and later tell you it was not covered. You explain what happened, and it was an error on their part, but they don't care . They turn around and tell you that you are to blame not them. That only tells me that they are rip offs. Don't go there trust me you will come out owing more than you bargained for. I'm a nurse and I have the best insurance. Turn around and choose someone other dentist that has your best interest. I was there since they opened, nothing but problems.

All about hitting that quota even if it meant sabotaging or not properly fixing issues. Ever since I've been here my teeth has been in its worse shape ever. I have pain all around. Fillings are partially filled so that it either falls out or continue to build cavities. Was billed months later for a crown when they told me my insurance would pay the majority of the cost. These groups don't care for their customers, each dentist is required to hit a quota, even if it means bad business practices. Won't be coming back here. If it wasn't for my primary orthodontist's old age, I wouldn't have gone here. She actually cared and made sure her customers are fully satisfied.

I have never been to a better place! All of the staff and dentist are absolutely fantastic. Not only do the make you feel completely comfortable but they explain everything throughly to you. Place is super clean. Would totally recommend Willow Dental Group!

This was actually my husband's appointment. Called in regarding a severe toothache. Fortunately there was a cancellation and I was able to get in right away. As always, Dr. LaFon performed a thorough examination and assessed my concerns. The entire staff at Willow Dental is cheerful, courteous and professional. Clearly their commitment to customer service is genuine and put my interest and we'll being as their own.

The staff appears to be very nice. But I went in & they recommend a rot canal. They said insurance would cover so I agreed to pay my portion $400. 3 months later get a bill for $1800. Called Willow Dental & they said insurance won't cover & I have to pay. They said to bad but you have to pay. I did. Very unhappy about not getting truthful information upfront. BEWARE

Extremely friendly, efficient with appt time, I didn't wait for than 5 mins after arriving. The care that was provided was amazing, they explained everything so well and clearly. All staff made sure I was very comfortable!

My Dentist retired. So, finding a good dentist was a concern. If you are looking for a really talented dentist office this is your place. The dentists, their Hygienists, even the office staff are very nice and I actually look forward to visits so I can see everyone again.

I have loved this place since I set foot in the place. They're extremely nice and want to help you. Because of them I was able to start my aligner treatment with one of the specialist they recommended. I'm happy that they're staff is friendly and if your feeling uncomfortable they make sure you they stop and ask if your ok. I love the place.
