Excellent staff. Love the dentist. Takes his time with you and doesn't try to sell you the world on your teeth. Very Small office, In my opinion one of the best dentist I have seen in a long time. New customer but will be back. Not thrilled with there new Cancellation policy. You must cancel by Thursday for a Monday Appointment or be charged $80. Other than that, have had a great experience with this office and doctor.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was little, and afraid to go in with how long it had been. I have been shamed by previous dentist and ignored. They have been amazing here. From the front of office staff who are some of the kindest people I have ever met, to the dentist himself who was patient and kind. I will never go anywhere else!

Hands down one of the best overall experiences at a Dental office! Everyone I came in contact with was kind, courteous, knowledgable and respectful. Dr. Nguyen is straight forward, efficient and calm. I had an exam, xrays and a cleaning. Also had cavities on two different teeth filled and was fitted for a night guard. The treatement through out was superb. Thank you to the team at Willow Creek Smiles for being top-notch! :)

Great experience! I love how welcoming and sweet everyone is. I always am well taken care of here. I love the short wait times and especially love the Netflix watching! haha so much fun! thank you all for caring about your customers!

Today, Dr. Tom did a long procedure on me (an hour and a half, I think). He was SO sweet about explaining EVERY step of what he was doing. It was my first time having nitrous oxide; that, along with his expert numbing injections made it so I only felt pressure -- no pain during the whole thing! It certainly doesn't hurt that he has a super cool system with a TV in the ceiling so patients can watch a favorite movie or series. Also, you wear hi-fidelity headphones so you don't have to listen to all the clickity-clack and machinery as he works. Martin, his assistant, did a great job too. Vanessa, Mia, Courtney, and all the front office gals are totally cool, efficient, and, most of all, beautifully sweet and kind. Willowcreek Smiles also offers really easy flexible payment plans for those expensive procedures that come up every so often. ALL of our kids and my husband love Dr. Tom, his staff, and (actually) going to the dentist! I can't recommend them enough. I wish I could have given them 100 stars! Call Dr. Tom at Willowcreek Smiles today and get your oral health in order! You'll be so happy!

Great reviews led us to go and have our daughter get her first dental visit with Dr. Tom. Everyone was amazing! The whole ambiance of the clinic was welcoming. My daughter had fun! Even though Dr Tom was not in network with our insurance, we chose him and so glad we did!

I loved the whole office. Awesome experience my children didn't even cry when seeing the dentist. That's the type of experience you want to see your children have. This is gonna be our family dentist forever!

Choosing a new dentist is always hard. I definitely made the right choice! Dr. Tom Nguyen efficiently analyzed my unusual problem, and took time to explain and answer my questions. I'm confident he will do the same for you. Great Staff too

Beautiful, clean office!! I had a great first visit. The staff was very friendly and informative. From the beginning, Courtney was very helpful and flexible scheduling my appointment. Julia did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable, while explaining everything she was going to do. Dr.Nguyen was very nice and gave me his expertise advise on some cosmetic procedures I had questions about. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a dentist!
