Dr. Mary Blakeley, the owner of Willow Creek Dental, has been practicing dentistry for over 22 years. Her dedication to quality care and gentle approach has helped thousands of patients improve their oral health.
Dr. Blakeley is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and also has advanced training in dental implantology, neuromuscular dentistry, sleep apnea treatment and TMJ disorder therapy. She is a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is also a Premier Provider for Invisalign clear aligner therapy. Dr. Blakeley is a member of the ICOI, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Metro Denver Dental Society.
A steadfast believer in using advanced dental techniques, Dr. Blakeley has invested in the latest technology for her patients. From digital x-rays, laser therapy and impression-free scanning to same-day crowns and 3D imaging, she believes that dentistry constantly evolves. Dr. Blakeley enjoys providing her patients with a full range of services, from general restorative dentistry to full-mouth reconstruction, and works with a team of doctors so all services can be done in the comfort of our office.
Personally, Dr. Blakeley grew up on a ranch in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming and it was there that she became interested in dentistry when she worked for the local dentist as a teenager. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney as a scholar-athlete, studying Biology and playing on the collegiate volleyball team. She was then accepted into the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1993. After completing her DDS degree in 1997, she moved to Denver and worked as an Associate Dentist for one year before starting Willow Creek Dental in 1998. Outside of work, Dr. Blakeley is dedicated to her family. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with their 6 children and attending their many sporting events. She also tries to find time to coach and play volleyball whenever possible.
From the start, her goal has always been to provide her patients with the highest quality care while delivering exceptional customer service. She feels fortunate to have built a team of friendly, talented and experienced professionals to not only take great care of patients, but also to make them feel at home.

Dr. Haupt is an Idaho native and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Idaho State University. She was accepted into the highly competitive Idaho Dental Education Program and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. While at Creighton, she received the Creighton University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Achievement Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Over the years Dr. Haupt has gained extensive implant experience while working at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, completing over 700 all-on-four procedures and placing thousands of implants. In addition to implants, Dr. Haupt has developed a passion for sinus grafting and third molar removal. Combined with her passion for oral surgery, Dr. Haupts compassion for every patients unique story makes her a perfect fit on the Willow Creek Way team.
Dr. Boyesen graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 2003 with a DDS degree. She completed her Periodontology Certificate and Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc) degree at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2007. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Dr. Shaffner-Vanderstelt is an expert in understanding and treating every detail of an imperfect smile and bite. She has acquired the highest level of knowledge and experience treating all types of problems with clear aligners (Invisalign) and Damon Braces. She is passionate about the artistic aspects that take your smile to the next level and goes to the most progressive courses to stay cutting edge. She believes in making the process of achieving these results as simple and convenient as possible.
Dr. Brian Minavi was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Texas A&M University at College Station and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2016. Dr Minavi completed his Endodontics residency at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.
Dr. Minavi is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the Hispanic Dental Association, Spear Dental Study Club, and the American Dental Education Association. Dr. Minavi is dedicated to bringing quality care and comfort to all his patients here in beautiful Denver, Colorado.

I can't say enough great things about this dental practice. I really can't. The docs are fantastic - I drive from Arvada to go here. But I'll tell you what - the ENTIRE staff here goes above and beyond EVERY time I have contact with them. The staff truly are the cherry on top. I simply adore this entire practice. Btw- Nancy and Sarah - love them!!!

I was recommended to go here from my boss and it was the best piece of advice I've ever listened to. Dentist office who? This is a spa. Everyone, (font staff, hygienists, and dentists) are all exceptionally nice and professional. You'll be in good hands if you go here.

Willow Creek Dental is the best dental office. Abby is so patient and efficient in scheduling my appointments. I love Angel, my Dental Assistant. She is so gentle, kind and knowledgeable about the high tech dental equipment. Angel always makes me laugh. Dr. Trepka has my best interest at heart.

I love this dental office! Anytime I've been in for an appt or I called on the phone they were always so nice and helpful! I used to dread going to my old dentist office but now that I come here I'm no longer nervous to go get my teeth looked at!

Update/change 0 stars Long stories short...just find some place else! I found another dentist already, after my dentist left but still go for ortho. No longer recommend for a lot of reasons . THe main reason is they say they didnt take my insurance for ortho but they charged my insurance after my full payment plan was completed. I wouldn't have known but my insurance sent me info. Still waiting for the "check in the mail". I would like to have a different provider due to the lack of bedside manners and dismissive care. But since I have already paid out of pocket and fraudulent insurance charge puts me in a situation I dont know how to deal with. Its been 3 years I don't even know how much is left of my treatment plan because there is poor communication and care in general. I wish I could get my money back or use my insurance to go somewhere else. Previous Dr. Blakely is impressive. I can tell she is laser focused. She says what she needs to say and gets to work. I don't remember who my initial hygentist but she was great and empathetic and let me vent out all my dental history and worries (Ive had a lot of dental issues since I was little and know a lot about mt teeth from spending a couple years as a patient at a university). They allow a lot of time on their initial visit.

I am a returning patient from Arizona. I moved there five years ago and have missed my experience with Willow Creek Dental ever cents. I have family that now lives nearby and took the opportunity while visiting to come back to the practice. I think I'll be planning my future dental visits around visits with my grandson. Kudos to the team at Willow Creek!

About a month ago, I realized that I haven't been to a dentist in a few years. Mostly because I'm afraid of dentists. But, after a visit with Willow Creek Dental, I felt comfortable, and the entire experience was painless. They really focused on ensuring that I was happy through the entire process. So, if you are afraid of the dentist or typically feel pain when visiting one, give these guys a shot. They are the best dentist I have ever been too and my go-to for any dental work.

I must tell everyone that 10 years ago I had veneers done by Dr Kissinger. They are beautiful! I've since moved to Scottsdale, AZ and there isn't a week that goes by where I don't get complimented on my smile. That includes the 2 different dentists I've had, my social group who most are in the dental field. Everyone always wants to know who did my teeth. Thank you Mary for such an amazing transformation that has boosted my confidence over the last decade. They still look amazing!

Every faculty member is so kind and polite, no one makes you feel ashamed or judged about what state your mouth is in or what you can afford. The dentists are straightforward and don't try to dumb down what's going on or try to upsell you on procedures, and I felt very comfortable that I had the "final say" in what happened. If you're new in town or just looking to switch check this place out, you won't regret it!

They ruined my teeth, I had no problem before but my husband insisted on me to check my teeth here. They decided to make 8 filling and 1 crown. I surprised cuz I am coming from Europe and I went to a dentist and there was no problem. After they did my fillings I went 10 times for the adjustment, They finally decided to remake one of them. But after that all I have toothache all the time. And I am not feeling comfortable with my new fillings at all, they lowered my life standards a lot. I wish I have never visited this place before. I will try to find any other place to fix all my teeth... I believe that they are trying to take your money and making unnecassary fillings.
