I had an excellent experience at this dentists office. The office staff were great. The dentist did a fabulous job on my filling. I would highly recommend this office! We will be going back and referring to our friends and family.

The manager was rude and mean, I was 15mins late for a extraction on the day of an event for cleanings and extractions and was turned away at the door at 9:50 when the event starts at 10

This was my first visit to Williston Family Dental. Everyone was kind and friendly- the receptionist, the hygienist, the x-ray tech, etc.

This place is amazing!! I have not been to the dentist in years and was extremely nervous about my first appointment, but everybody was so nice and gentle! The staff is wonderful, the doctors are great, ESPECIALLY my dentist Dr. Terry Hagen who performed my root canals. Yes plural. I had so much anxiety about the procedure that I had three opinions & spoke to 3 dentists before deciding on Williston Family Dental. They offered me diverse options to relieve my nervousness about the procedure but also talked me through exactly what would occur and let me know everything that was happening before and during my surgery. The dental assistant who helped Dr. Hagen's name was Eliza and she was super kind and supportive and held my hand when I got the numbing medication (eek) Thanks Eliza!!! I was extremely nervous! I am so glad they were so professional, and I cannot express it enough, if you need a dentist and you live in or near Lake Mary, PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY! You will not regret it at all!!

Dr was awesome with capping my tooth. They got me in early. Not only that but the provides same day emergency to service I got there at 10 and by 1030 they were already fixing it. Awesome office staff this will be my dentist going forward

"Stay away from this dental practice. They do unnecessary work and will not return overcharges." After posting this review I received a message from the dental practice stating that I should call them so my concerns could be discussed. I called several times and left messages but they never returned my calls. Once they have your money they don't want to even speek with you!

The best part of my experience here was my dental hygienist Fallon! She happily greeted me upon her entrance and introduced herself, which the other techs did not do. She put me immediately at ease and not only lightened my mood but brightened up the entire room. Too bad the first hour of my experience was not as good. I understand that ppl have to be trained but, the trainee didn't know how to put on the vest for X-rays, which should have been gone over previously and her trainer wasn't very good at placing the X-ray plates in mouth. Yes, I have a very small mouth. Every time she placed one, she banged the machine into the plate in my mouth, jarring it around and hurting my gums. To bad the lady she had come into help placing them several times, wasn't the one taking my X-rays bc she was competent. The chair is facing away from the door, so you can't see who's coming in. The Dr. came in..which I didn't even know bc he was behind me. I assume talking to the 2 techs. He said something behind me and off to the side. I assume he introduced himself but I couldn't really hear him. And only saw him on my peripheral. I would have appreciated, him standing in front of me and introducing himself, given that I had never met him before and was shopping for a new dentist bc I moved. He told me I need 2 crowns, which I might just but will get a second opinion. My stomach dropped bc I was stressed about that information. He didn't tell me about what that entails. Luckily Fallon showed me a cast and explained what it was and eased my mind about it. Too bad the doc didn't do that. The only really welcoming person in there was Fallon. Also, in between and before I got my cleaning, someone came in to try to,"sell" me more things like screenings and treatments and set up a payment plan or whatnot for the things the Dr. Said I needed. It felt very money grabbing and not good. I usually deal with that sort of thing at the front desk. If I need a service, I state it, they do it and I pay up front. I feel like they need major improvement on their system! Plus the water instrument and one of the cleaning instruments weren't working in that room and someone had to come in several times and get it sorted out. Over all, other than Fallon it was a fail. Would not feel comfortable having this dentist work on my teeth. Would not go back. I only gave it 2 stars instead of one bc Fallon was such a star. As far as I could see... she lifted that place up.

My visit was amazing! I made an appointment with Dr. Hagen because I've been dealing with horrible jaw pain for a while now. The exam went great. He took his time explaining and going over options and treatment. He went ahead and did Botox and I couldn't be any happier. The pain and discomfort went away within a couple of days and even my migraines are almost gone. If you are suffering from jaw pain go and visit him. You won't regret it.

I would not recommend they are very money hungry, unorganized & lack of communication. And all about trying to find away to scam your insurance company or you out of money. When I first came to this dentis office I explained how this will be my first experience getting dental work & How my job is slow due to Covid and how much I'm currently paying biweekly for dental insurance and asked what will be covered by my dental plan and what I would have to pay out of pocket. Before work was performed even signed a paper that nothing was owed. I received a cleaning treatment plan. Months later my insurance company denied the payment due the the way someone( in they office billed my insurance company) for a clean treatment plan this office so money hungry they billed my insurance company before the treatment plan was completed. It's a TREATMENT PLAN. Which caused the insurance company to deny payment. I was told by my insurance company that a treatment plan is not submitted in the same day & they knew that it's a treatment plan. Which show that the work they were performing is progressing but they so money hungry. They submitted the plan same day. I spoke with the insurance company and was told this called the office they stated that's not true. So I drove to there office while in there office I called my insurance company the Agent explained how I'm covered but the reason why the treatment plan was denied and how a treatment plan can't be submitted within a short time period. The accountant from the dental office looked at me and told me someone will get in touch with me. No one never reached out to me I was given the runaround they couldn't admit to they wrong doing didn't care tried to brush it off. Denied my regular cleanings due this bill needed to be paid which was 1,500.00 but continued my invisigns which i felt Is unsanitary how can you treat my teeth to be prefect if they are not getting they regular cleanings (Show how much you love money) it's sad to have a dentis office who is all about money & not helping you maintain your pretty smile. It's sad to say I now have a 1,500.00 collections bill. Be careful what you sign because they have you agree to the work and sign but if insurance deny it for any reason which on my end it was billed wrong you will be responsible. I would not recommend this office to anyone they are money hungry and don't care about the outcome of your dental work there are better dental offices in the lake Mary area with cheaper prices. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
