Their appointment call center is horrible. At first, there was no answer. I double checked the number and called back. A female answered who barely spoke English. A TV was blaring and a child crying in the background. I explained that I needed an appointment to get a tooth pulled because I was in pain. They connected me to someone else who I assumed was the dental office and I got an afternoon appointment for the next day. After a long drive, I arrived at the dental office and they told me that I didn't have an appointment at their office. Why would a person in pain schedule with them if they can't be sure they actually have an appointment? Whoever the corporate genius is that decided this was a good idea should be fired immediately!

Moved here from Tennessee just las Friday and the had an dental emergency. I called and was seen right away as new pt. Dentist and Staff were very professional and took good care of me.

I have had fillings all my life and have never had any issues until I visited Dr. Yoder. After my cleaning and x-rays they told me I needed one filling. A week and a half after I got the filling, it fell out. I went back to get it done again. When I asked the doctor why it fell out, he said maybe it wasn't dried all the way. So not even a week and a half later, the filling fell out a second time! Don't go to this dentist!!!!

The ladies up front are super friendly and that's about it. The dentist will not have a direct conversation with you or look you in the face. They just refer you to specialist. After coming in and getting two fillings done and told them I was still in pain at my next visit they did not care nor did anything about it just referred me. After spending over $500 with them got referred to a periodontist for another $200 and all I needed was a deep cleaning not a bone graft as they claimed then being referred again to a different specialist for a bad root canal which is the pain I have been having. Will not ever be going back to this dentist.

None of Dr Yoders office staff does not seem to be at the front desk. I've called the office but they didn't answer. I stopped be a week ago and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come up from the back..??? This is a good clean office and they are very polite but not professional! Sorry
