I scheduled a appointment a month in advance...The day of my appointment I get there 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time to be courteous of their time, They tell me to have a seat the office was pretty packed my appointment was scheduled for 12pm it was 3:30pm and I was still waiting...So I left.

Great staff just a long wait too be seen I had a 1pm appt arrived at 1230 didn't get seen till almost 3pm

Excellent service but they literally play with your time they make you appointment for 10:00 am and star call you at 11:30 or more. Time is money!

Came here to get dental treatment. Got a cleaning the lady did NOT know what she was doing..... my cleaning lasted all but 3 minutes and it was horrible. I heard the doctor screaming at an older lady because she had to spit while he was fixing her tooth and the assistant even said he is not a patient man... another lady while sitting in the waiting room started yelling because she has been waiting over a month for them to call her back so she can get dental work , From the complaints I've heard while there it sounds as if they are in taking patients for their initial visit then never calling back to do the work theta e suppose to do... I've been calling for a week now only to receive a text message right after I called the first time telling me to schedule an appointment but how can I if they don't answer the phone!!! Smh

Worst place ever, waited 2 hours and I came 30 mins early for my appointment, they never answer the phone to make a appointment a true waste of time.

Space is clean and great staff. The dentist does a great work as per my personal experience. However when making an appt be prepared to spend the day. Waiting time is my only issue.

Very detailed information regarding my treatment options and outcome. Fernando the assistant was very professional and courteous, understanding my needs and concerns was also very empathetic towards my concerns and how I felt. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

I been with Willis Dental since 2018, and everybody that works there, no matter if they are new or old. They give you so much respect, this is the reason why I keep coming and for their Honesty. Plus they do a great job on your teeth !!!!
