This Office Banned me For no reason. On their system they made up a lie and said I refused to go to an oral surgeon that the doctor recommended. That never happened. I missed two appointments because I was in a process of buying a house. So I called and front said she cannot make me an appointment. This all occurred 2 years ago and they still refused to set an appointment. She was very rude. I will not recommend this office to anyone. They are always unorganized when it comes to staff but they expect their patients to be perfect. Cut us a break.

The staff, doctors and hygienists are so friendly and welcome you like family! The hygienist was nice and cleaned my teeth really well, and the doctor was so helpful! I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends and return for my next cleaning!

The entire Staff is pleasant this is the best dental office I've ever been in!! 1st is a root canal than little fixes. Dr makes sure no pain during the process! If I could give 10 stars all ages and it's a peaceful atmosphere! Thank everyone for their support each time I come in! Y'all Rock

I have been a long time client. I have been trying to have a teeth cleaning for over 8 months! Each time 1 or 2 days prior to my appointment, the office calls to RESCHEDULE me due to DOUBLE BOOKING or THE HYGENIST WILL NOT BE IN THE OFFICE or some other irresponsible Reason! My new appointment was for this Saturday 10/8/2022. They just "offered" a RESCHEDULE date of JANUARY 2023! How Unprofessional and Rude! I have never encountered a dentist office that treats long standing patients this way. Most Dentists and Doctor's offices Stop Taking New Patients when they no longer have the ability to care for existing patients! Not this office! I am sorry to see Dr Schwartzes office become such a mismanaged unreliable Business.

WORST!! My whole family used to go here & I thought we all just had bad teeth even though they look & feel fine. They pulled multiple teeth from my kids mouths (2 of my sons) I think nothing of it & take their recommendation ... we switch dentists years later & find out bc they neglected to put spacers in 2 of his adult teeth are impacted in his gums still & his other adult teeth shifted and closed in the gaps where they should have been .. NOW he MANDATORY needs braces and if the teeth don't come down on their own he needs SURGERY to force them down! (He's 11!!) my other sons teeth came in but since no spacers were installed the teeth shifted and his molars are severely crooked bc they came in wherever they could fit! They gave out root canals like they were candy on Halloween, drilled a huge hole in my husbands tooth for a minor cavity now he has serious issues w that tooth. Our new dentist didn't even want to fill a minor cavity on my son he just wants to watch it and keep an eye on it so it doesn't grow this place DEF would have drilled his mouth. My teeth are horrible & it's from going to a bad dentist for to long. RUN

Save your time and do not go here. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and this place made it so much worse. I have to get a root canal and while the dr was looking over the tooth he was not paying attention at all had a tool in my mouth pushed down on my nerve when I pulled his hand out the rest of my tooth broke. I left in tears.. it was said it was my fault because I pulled his hand out.. my teeth aren't the best and need work that's why I was obviously there but he had 0 sympathy on what happened. I should've looked at the reviews before going. Would not recommend at all.

The staff is nice but dentist and ortho either don't know the treatment plan or don't follow it. Definitely would not recommend this office.

Went twice on referral from friend. Had cleaning went back for night guard. Went again. Was told to go to oral surgeon for tmj issue. Went to another dentist. Took xrays and saw wisdom tooth was inpacked referred to oral surgeon. I was not happy with service I received

I have been going to this practice for dental and orthodontic appointments since I was a child. Every associate I have seen is knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. The dentist is not my favorite place, but the team here makes it not only bearable but pleasant. Lynn is the absolute sweetest. She does a beautiful job and carries a great conversation while doing so. I never mind X-rays or semi-annual cleanings when I schedule with her!

Dentist visits are no ones favorite but here it goes smooth. My family been coming year for many years. Always friendly & couteous staff. The Dentist are great. My Hygienist, Lynne is the best. Always cheerful, professional & friendly. She makes you feel comfortable during the cleaning. Lynne looks out for yours wellbeing & makes the visit as joyful as possible.

I had a lot of work done here. All of my crowns have space between the gum line and they had to do a filling.. my back tooth needs a new filling because it's chipping.almost all of the crowns they did need to be replaced . One was short right away and they said no it's fine . Looks like a baby tooth.. and they tell you if it's wrong to schedule with the person who did it so they can try and fix it. my daughter had a filling done then shortly after they said she now needed a baby root canal. Dentist said she was taught to leave a little decay!!!?!? Seriously!!!

Two times now this office has refused to acknowledge my dental emergencies. It seems all they care about is getting money and doing botched root canals. I had an exposed nerve which I believed was an infection and they refused to see me because I needed to go to an endodontist to get it taken care of, they would not even see me or take a look at the tooth. They even put the wrong tooth on the referral for the specialist. I had to wait DAYS to see an endodontist in agony. I will never go back here. Any work I have ever had done here has had to be fixed or re done.

Kim is a great dentist, no pain and you can't even notice she did any fillings! Definitely recommend!
