This office said they were members of Met Dental insurance and hen charged more than allowed under the plan and wanted payment upfront. "But if the charge is less we will reimburse you" They then dismissed me as a patient when I tried to talk to them about the maximum charges allowed under the Met plan. They said they couldn't spend their time arguing about this. They admitted they were wrong but said they got bad info. Buyer beware with this guy.

Sakina and Dr. Sachacov are two of the most patient, kind hearted professionals in the field of dentistry. Dream team right here! From walking in the front door to sitting in chair they are so welcoming and thorough about all they do. Sakina goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and aware of my insurance copay's ahead of time and even was sweet enough to look into further procedures/costs without me having to ask. I absolutely hate going to the dentist- you guys have truly changed that.

I recently switched dentist, I needed an appointment right away ! They accommodated me immediately, the dentist here was so gentle and kind they made me feel so comfortable as I don't do well with going to dentist appointments. You will not be disappointed in how kind and non judgemental they are . Thank you Williamstown dental and staff

I will give the second star only for their nice disposition, but as far as quality and value I felt shortchanged. I came in for a checkup and a teeth cleaning. The so-called 'check-up' was a scant look inside my mouth. The cleaning was so abbreviated I was stunned when the dentist applied polish and said we were done. Start to finish, including the banter at the front desk was 20 minutes. It wasn't cheap either, paid out of pocket, no insurance, it was somewhere around $150. Felt a big wave of buyer's remorse and switched dentists.

I went to Williamstown Dental as I lost a tooth in my smile and after three visits - much need cleaning, cavity repair and finally the fitting - I'm happy to recommend this dentist wholeheartedly. Zakina, dental asst?, was so knowledgeable and attentive and she and Dr. Sachamov worked seamlessly together on each procedure carfully checking with me along the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and I've been to many dentists over the years. Highly recommend!

I just had a crown put on by Dr. Sachakov. He stayed late 2 weeks ago to put a temporary crown on and got the crown within 2 weeks as we were leaving for the winter. He was so polite, explained the procedure very clearly, and the results are very good. I suggest others use his office.

Dr. Sacakov is the best! I have never felt comfortable at the dentist until I started coming to this office. The hygenist & reception are extremely pleasant and super helpful as well. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a great dentist

I have just moved to the area and had an emergency. I called the office right at 8:00 AM (when they open) and they answered right away. They got me in right away for my emergency. Gene is awesome. He did a great job of explaining everything to me, step by step. I will definitely be returning to Williamstown Dental.

The front desk was friendly. Dr. Gene was kind and explained things well. I especially liked that he wasn't pushy about treatments he recommended, which is something I've experienced at other offices and don't like. I'd recommend this office!

I have seen Dr. Sachakov twice now, once for routine care and once to locate the source of pain that had lasted four months. He did an excellent job in both cases and I am now pain free and very, very happy. I am so glad to have him as my provider.

Because I've moved a bit, I have been to a few dentists over the years. My experience at Williamstown Dental today was the best of the bunch. The hygienist who worked with me, Morgan, was wonderful. She took the time to explain the work she was doing and why she was doing it, and also detailed the specific hows and whys of her recommendations for what I need to do over the next few months, all without making me feel terrible about not flossing as much as I should! (We've all been floss-shamed by a hygienist before... Morgan will be informative without being mean!) Dr. Gene was sincere and engaged, very personable. I know I'll be comfortable with his expertise and care in the future should I need anything beyond regular cleanings and exams.
