Was very disappointed with Dr Malav Trivedi and office manager Kristen Minton. The pair where very rude and unprofessional. Had work done(crown)that did not last a year. Both dentist and office staff were rude and office manager Kristin Minton made fun of my disability. I suffer from a TBI. Front tooth was missing and they did not even offer to make a flipper while I was waiting for the new bone graph Please choose another office if you are searching for new dentist. This dental office is ran by a bigger company. You would be better at a local dentist like Dr Scott Langdon

I am so happy I chose Williamson Road Dental Care as my dentist. The office is professional & friendly. Olivia the hygienist did a fantastic job. Very professional & informative. Dr. Trivedi answered all my questions & concerns.

I broke a front tooth at 11a, they fit me in at 2p, at 315p I walked out with a tooth that looked like the one I broke! Dr. Trivedi did a wonderful job!!

This is a corporate dental clinic- run by Heartland Dental - Other DSOs like Heartland utilize stealth branding. The public generally has no idea the dental clinic which they receive services may be managed by Heartland. In May 2022 I had my first dental procedure -a crown due to a tooth fracture. During the initial crown procedure with Dr. Barton on 5/3 he accidently cut my tongue and I had to spend the next 3 days in pain anytime I tried to talk or eat (I understand accidents happen and that's not the worst of it). I ended up also needing a root canal on the tooth which I had done at an Endodontist who did a wonderful job. Everything was good until I returned to Williamson Road Dental on 5/31 for the permanent crown. First Dr. Barton did not tell me he was going to polish some of the opposing tooth to help the permanent crown fit until I cried out in pain, in which he later disclosed he was polishing the opposing tooth. I felt violated that he would do that to my other tooth without telling me first. After the permanent crown was placed I continued to have pain while chewing. I waited 3 weeks for things to settle, but after lack of improvement I went back to the endodontist for follow up. Through imaging she could see that where she had placed temporary Teflon packaging material after the root canal, Dr. Barton did not remove the material and permanently cement (build up a post) and seal the tooth before placing the permanent crown. Long term this leaves the tooth open to infection if the crown leaks. When I called the office to ask Dr. Barton about this I was told he had left the practice and state. I have reported him to the NC dental board through the American Dental Association for medical negligence and malpractice and the investigation is underway. Although this dentist has left the practice, I can not speak of the other dentists there, I am skeptical of how they run their business and the dentists they hire. I did receive a refund for my out of pocket costs, however they lied to me about not billing my insurance, because I need to use my insurance to have the procedure redone by another dentist. Thankfully my insurance company blocked the payment after they heard what this clinic and dentist had done, however Williamson Road Dental continues to send me monthly bills for the amount they refunded (even though the billing office tells me to ignore them). I have asked them nicely several times to leave me alone so I can put this trauma behind me and heal. 5 months later and it continues. Please read about Heartland- and also do a lot of research on the individual dentist before you seek their care. And avoid corporate managed dental clinics. I recommend Lembo Montgomery in Mooresville.

Worst experience ever. We we're charged for X-rays that never even happened. Then my husband went for a routine cleaning and was there over 2 hours. No hygienist was even there that day. We then received a bill for the cleaning and check up before even sending to insurance. This place is a joke. Will never go back there again.

Everyone in the office were friendly and professional From the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist and dentist! I'm very thankful for the Dr and hygienist for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt comfortable during my visits with them. Highly recommend this office.

I'm scared to go to the dentist but in here people are so awesome, kind and professional that I don't have any problem going here. Kayla is the best, she made me feel comfortable and she is so professional that I don't feel scared to go to the dentist anymore! :) <3

My dentist was double booked, so I called and they got me right in to check out my tooth pain. Super nice staff and doctor. I will be switching.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in any doctor/dentist office, since moving down from New York in 2018. Everyone was so polite, informative, and authentic. Hailey at the front desk had all of my insurance information outlined, and walked me through every option available. She was even kind enough to discuss first hand experiences with referral options. I left with very little concern in terms of treatment plan and cost, and that is a first for me in this region. It's much appreciated.

BEWARE****BEWARE*****? Today was the first and only appt I will ever make here!!! The doc that saw me was rude,loud and HATEFUL!!!! He examined me in 2 secs and my his discussion of the solution to my issue. TWO SECONDS?!?!@%%^&*#?!?!?! ****PLEASE PARENTS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. ITS BARELY FIT FOR ADULTS!!!!

Highly recommend. Every staff member I encountered at this clinic has been friendly, professional, and highly ethical. The office manager went above and beyond handling my transfer from another clinic and was very understanding all along.
