Angela Williamson, better known to the kids as Mrs. Angie, is originally from Indiana. She completed both her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degrees while attending Indiana University-South Bend. Angie began her dental hygiene career in Fishers, IN at a pediatric dental practice in 2007. She has worked for several pediatric dentists and has discovered her passion for dentistry is treating children and helping them to have a pleasant dental experience.

Mrs. Angie was introduced to Dr. Drew in April of 2010 on a blind date while he was completing his pediatric residency program in Indiana. After marrying Dr. Drew in Indiana in 2011, they made the decision to move to Spring Hill, TN and absolutely love it here.

Dr. Drew and Mrs. Angie have four boys. Their oldest, named Riley, was born into Heaven after 37 weeks in utero in 2013. Their next son, Nehemiah, was born in 2014. He is an active child who loves to come to the office to help. Dr. Drew and Mrs. Angie experienced an early pregnancy loss with their third son, Gabriel, in 2015. Their youngest son, Jonah, was born in 2016. He is also as active as Nehemiah. They both enjoy sports, cars, and superheroes.

When she is not at the office, Mrs. Angie enjoys spending time with Dr. Drew and their sons. She is currently enrolled at Purdue University, where she is working online to obtain a Masters of Public Health degree.

When we first opened our practice in 2012, Mrs. Angie would be seen all the time at the office. However, now you may not see Mrs. Angie near as much. She works a lot behind the scenes with sales reps, insurance payments, and balancing accounts as the office manager, helping ensure the practice continues to function well on the business side of things. However, when the opportunity presents itself, she does enjoy getting to come out, catch up with patient families, and treat patients as a dental hygienist.

Michelle joined our administrative team in the Fall of 2017, having a strong background in insurance verification, specifically in medicine. You will find her at our checkout counter as she has taken on the challenge of dental verification in addition to administrative duties for our crew at WPD. She was born and raised in Spring Hill, where she still resides. She has been with Michael since 2019 and together they have three boys, Kam, Jaylan, and Kash, and a daughter, Payton. Michelle loves football, bonfires, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to work every day knowing that Dr. Drew and the clinical team are doing everything they can to increase patients trust and confidence in their overall oral health at each visit.

Jessica joined our WPD team in January 2020 as a part of the administrative team. She has a background in medical billing and insurance verification that she continues to utilize and learn from daily here at our office. She was born and raised in the Maury County area. She is a mother to three children (1 boy and 2 girls) and enjoys anything outdoors or on the water with them and her fiance Clint. Her favorite part of the workday is getting to build relationships with the kids and families, watching them grow, and being a part of their positive experience during their dental visits.

Hi, my name is Bethany! I am a graduate of Tennessee State University and dental hygiene is my passion. As a native of Columbia, TN, I absolutely love this community, along with my family and friends that are a part of it. Dr. Andrew Williamson, better known by children asDr. Drew, originally hails from Columbia, Tennessee, where he spent most of his childhood, and graduated from high school in 1999. After leaving the state of Tennessee to pursue his lifelong goal of becoming a pediatric dentist, he is very excited to be back in the rapidly growing community of Spring Hill, Tennessee running his independently owned pediatric dental practice.

Dr. Drew began the pursuit of his dream and his college career at Tennessee Technological University, where he received hisBachelor of Science (B.S.)in 2004 studyingHealth Science Biology. Upon completion of his undergraduate career, Dr. Drew was accepted to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. It was here that he completed hisDoctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.)in May of 2008. Upon completion of his doctorate, Dr. Drew decided he would like to have more experience treating medically compromised patients and patients with special health care needs in a hospital based setting. In May 2008, he was granted the opportunity to complete a one year General Practice Residency at University Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. During his completion of this program, Dr. Drews dream became a reality, as he was accepted to a two-year pediatric dental residency program at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana. While working at Riley Hospital for Children from July 2009 to June 2011, Dr. Drew was asked to take the position ofChief Resident, which allowed him the opportunity to serve on the Advanced Graduate Committee for Medical Education, oversee the responsibilities of 11 pediatric dental residents, and facilitate other leadership roles as well. While completing his pediatric certification, Dr. Drew also obtained hisMasters of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.)by conducting research on Current Trends in Pulp Therapy. His paper was published in the Journal of Dentistry for Children in 2014.

Once Dr. Drew completed the majority of his educational endeavors, he and his wife decided to move back to lovely Spring Hill, Tennessee to begin their new marriage. Dr Drew initially worked for another practice in the middle Tennessee area before feeling called to open his own practice in Spring Hill, where he could let his practice minister through his hands and his interaction with children. He opened the doors of Williamson Pediatric Dentistry on November 1, 2012 as a very small and intimate 2 chair practice seeing 5-10 patients a day. It has grown since that point into what is now a 6 chair practice, seeing around 40 patients a day. In fact, Williamson Pediatric Dentistry was voted as the Best Pediatric Dental Practice in Williamson County at the 2019 Sizzle Awards!!! The practice has come a long way since we opened, and we couldnt be prouder of the purpose we are serving in Spring Hill at this time.

In September of 2015, Dr. Drew took a very big step in his career by choosing to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Thisboard certificationtook months of preparation and culminated in a rigorous two hour oral examination in which he was tested on all aspects of pediatric dentistry, showing his comprehensive knowledge of the job he performs every day. This was a very difficult achievement, and we are so proud of him for accomplishing it!

Dr. Drew and Angie enjoy living in Spring Hill and becoming more active with their church and their community through events and missions. Dr. Drew has served as a member of theBoard of Directorswith theSpring Hill Chamber of Commerce in the past. He also enjoys sponsoring local sport teams, and is involved in supporting local non-profit organizations such the Well Outreach and the Pregnancy Centers of Middle Tennessee. He also loves to give back to his community through local donations to support our school systems and their sport programs as well.

When Dr. Drew is not practicing what he loves, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Angie, and their beautiful children, Nehemiah, Jonah, and Audrey! They also have two sweet boys in heaven, Riley and Gabriel. On a nice weekend or a day off from the office, you are likely to find him at a local golf course, playing or coaching sports with his kids, building a new Lego set, or watching college sports including Michigan football and Louisville basketball.

Dr. Drew is currently a member of theAmerican Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Diplomates, Tennessee Dental Association, and the 6th District Dental Society. He stays up to date with the latest advancements in the field of pediatric dentistry through continuing education courses, and wants to provide state of the art pediatric dental care to all of his patients. He currently has privileges with a surgery center in Nashville and plans to begin the process of becoming credentialed to be able to care for his patients at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital or Centennial Childrens Hospital in the future.

Google won't let you post more than once? Had to delete my 1st awesome review. Another awesome job with one of my kids that have some issues with having thier teeth worked on. My other 2 younger kids are great with Dr. Drew but my oldest needs a little more. The office is clean and not over welming. The schedule is so structured we never have to sit on top of other kids or parents. Dr. Drew and staff are sincerely nice and not reading some pre memorized greeting. Dr. Drew sits and explains everything to my daughter and doesn't talk baby talk. He talks just like she's a 10 year old. Everyone took thier time going through the exam, procedure, and finishing up. I didn't feel like we were rushed or irritated with an anxious child who is not a fan of a stranger working on her mouth. Dr Drew and staff treated my kids like thier own. Checking out the receptionist mentions a note about a previous bill from a visit in the fall with the other kids. We "walked thru" it and basically the office and myself agreed whatever works for me and Dr Drew office---pay now, later, wait, ect. Never pressed for anything. I drive across 2 County lines to come here. When you find a place like this and how they treat your kids. You'll drive to.

Y'all let me tell you! Dr Drew and his team are so amazing. They are so kind and go out of their way to calm nervous kids. My daughter had to have 4 teeth pulled out, and was so worked up about it. They gave her a warm blanket, happy gas, did pre numbing before the needles and were so gentle and sweet to her. We love y'all and so appreciate you! Keep up the good work that makes you stand out!

We have been going to Dr Drew since we adopted our little girl Today we were told that Lettie will no longer be welcome because she is on BlueCare, a part of the TennCare Program We are very hurt and surprised at this choice to leave out the very vulnerable of the least of these. Our past experiences have been great but to be told your no longer wanted is heartbreaking.

Dr Drew has always gone above and beyond for our kiddos -- he is great with special needs children and those whose sensory needs may make going to the dentist a less than pleasant experience. He's checked in with us after hours, rearranged his schedule, and done everything possible to be sure our kids are taken care of. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those families who deal with autism, adhd, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, etc.

The absolute best experience. The staff was so amazing and did their best to make my 2 year old comfortable and excited. He was referred to here to have surgery, which was also as good of an experience as possible.

My son has autism and there are just things in life that can be tough for him like the dentist. Dr Drew has been very patient and kind to our son. His first appointment my son would not get in the chair and that was ok they saw him standing up next to the chair. The next visit he did get in the chair and enjoyed his cleaning and even let them take some x-rays. He had to have some filings under general anesthesia at a surgery clinic and that was scary to us. Dr. Drew and all the staff at the surgery center were fabulous. Very caring and explained everything that was going to happen and met with us afterwards as well. Dr. Drew and the surgery center both checked on my son the following day as well. Dr. Drew is a very kind and trustworthy clinician. I would highly recommend him to anyone and especially for children with special needs.

Dr. Drew and his staff (Amber) have been most professional! The online forms are great! He always runs on time, he's sincere and always makes certain we understand the changes in our young daughters smile. Love the location, appointment reminders and general happiness in the office! And the after cleaning surprises are fantastic for kiddos!

Have known Dr. Drew since middle school or so through church. I was so excited when I made our first appointments there and realized it was him. I knew I wouldn't have to question or watch him. Drew is as sound of a person as he ever was. His faith is unbending and talents unfathomable. He connects with the kids and makes them as comfortable as possible. We love his staff and his office. Thanks for all you do!

All 3 of my children absolutely adore Dr. Drew and his staff! He takes amazing care of all his patients!!! I've even messaged him after hours with questions/concerns and he never misses a beat to educate/ease my concerns. Never once turned me away or fussed I was messaging him outside office hours. You can't say that about a lot of Drs these days! We have recently moved and being deeply saddened we had to say goodbye. However, Dr Drew even referred us to someone he knows/went to school with in our new town! We were instantly put at ease knowing he would only recommend the best! We're forever grateful for Dr. Drew and staff!

My overall experience at Williamson Pediatric Dentistry was a pleasure from start to finish for my 7 year old son. We were referred to the office to fill a few cavities in our son's mouth since sedation is provided there. Dr. Andrew was extremely thorough and provided an array of options in providing treatment for our son. We learned of an option of using silver diamine fluoride treatment as way to stop cavity growth since these were all baby teeth. It has prevented further growth in my son for the last 6 months. As a bonus, we ended up having to pay next to nothing after insurance processed our claim.

Dear Lord, in what world would a dentist feel the need to PULL ALL SIX BOTTOM BABY TEETH out of a four year olds mouth... silver crowning ALL baby molars and the backs of ALL top teeth. my granddaughter had a beautiful smile. Yes, cavities can be a problem... but no pain, no discoloration, no complaints. I'm horrified. Moor baby will surely be teased in school. Two of teeth won't grow back until 10. ---10-- Her beautiful smile is destroyed for years to come. I'm sickened and so mad. Mad doesn't even come close. Don't walk.... RUN!

They all were fantastic to work with... very thorough, accommodating, and super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Drew is absolutely phenomenal with children. My son has major fears of doctors/dentist in general and on his second appointment Dr.Drew was able to pull a tooth that had been infected. He was so calming and my son can't wait to go back for his cleaning! If you need a dentist for your child, this is your guy! Also, his staff is amazing as well and the office was very clean.
