Very friendly people and atmosphere. They explained what was going on and I felt relaxed. Nice and clean also. With calming YouTube video on and music.

Very caring staff, incredible tech Alissa was very understanding and accommodating, doctor was also understanding and caring. I have vestibular damage, migraines, and have had bppv, so I needed as gentle care as possible. Alyssa let me control how far back I was laying, discussed my option for cleaning, and made sure to inform me every step of the way through my visit. The doctor informed me I have a small spot to fix, so I will have to undergo a drill, but he said he can put it on the highest setting for as minimal vibration as possible. They also mentioned that have state-of-the-art tech there so it is already less vibration. He was very thorough with explaining what was going on and showed me the spot on the x-ray screen. We will see how it turns out Thursday! I will try to come back and review on this how that visit goes filling the cavity and getting the full cleaning done. Highly recommend this establishment if you are anxious with dentist offices or have ever had trauma with one. I felt comfortable for the first time in my life here. I saw some bad reviews before going, but I can assure you as long as you have Alyssa, you will be perfectly fine. I haven't seen anyone else, but I'm sure they're all wonderful. The waiting room was also very calming, not like a dentist office at all. Felt like a living room.

Very friendly and efficient! Had me in and out in great time with a thorough cleaning/analysis, next appmt in hand including some whitening product and, my favorite packet of goodies! Great staff!

I can't figure out how to edit my prior review, so I suppose I'll leave a new one. I am the review with vestibular problems and had to have a cavity filled. Well, they did it again. Were attentive to my needs, talked me through it, and adjusted the speed of the drill when I couldn't take the lower setting. They have top of the line tech, and this helped prevent vibrations, so I was able to walk out of my cavity appointment without being dizzy! I have an appointment with MDBI, but I don't think I'll need it :) I will never go anywhere else and I cannot say enough good. They took my childhood trauma and turned it around

I had another good visit at Williams Dental a couple weeks ago. It's weird, but I felt more relaxed when it was over. Helps when you don't have cavities and are just there for a cleaning/checkup. I've mentioned before how I like the music they play. I will add that this time I had a good chat with my dental hygienist, Alyssa (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly). She gave me some great tips on how to clean my bite guard. Oh, and for my previous review I got a response saying that I could request a playlist for music. They play such good songs on their own and I like being surprised, but I will say that in my book adding a Prince song or two would always be a good practice when making playlists :)

They were willing and eager to take on my 2 crazy boys. They made the visit bearable. I highly recommend Dr Williamson and all staff for pediatric dentistry. I'm very very pleased with our experience. Thank you all for the exceptional care of all 4 of my monsters!

Everyone at Williamson Dental is excellent, and they give the best take-home kit I've ever received from a dentist. No waiting, great facilities, top-level care, glad I found this dentist after moving to the area last year.
