The greatest bunch of professionals in the dentistry field works here!! From the dentist to the receptionists, everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and has a desire to help their patients. Special shout outs to Morgan (Office Manager), Dr. Alex, Patricia and the dental assistant who is going to Arizona to become a dentist (I forgot his name). They went above and beyond to ensure that my child recieved the dental care that she needed.

Extremely poor customer experience. Nobody answers the phone. The office is empty and the doors to the back area are unlocked. This creates a potential for private customer information being exposed. I would love a call back from the practice owner Dr. Garofalis.

Don't bother, they tell you the wrong time, have you drive an hour and then don't see your child because of their negligence and then argue.

Best pediatric dentist in Willamsburg!! From the moment you entire you feel welcome. The staff was amazing!! My children left happy leaving the dentist office. Will definitely recommend!!

Visited this office this evening for an emergency visit. The entire staff were fast, inviting, and this has been by far the BEST experience out of all of the other offices!! I've been from Hampton, and Newport News. Newport News isn't as bad as Hampton. I may have to come to this office moving toward. Great Job! And Thank you!!!

Dr. Bobby is thorough and explains everything to me as he is doing his work. Taylor was there filling in from Gloucester and she was very kind and let me know what insurance will and will not cover. I was thankful for her help. James is usually the one we see that takes care of my children's teeth. He is kind and very gentle with my nervous children. I love this office because of their staff and their cleanliness. We have been going here ever since 2010 and Dr.Pugliese was here. He was also a pretty cool guy with the kids.

The moment my family walked into the doors & the moment my son left, he felt so at home with the dentist. They made him feel so good about coming to his dentist appointment an made it such a easy process for us. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Had to bring my son here for an emergency visit after an accident at daycare. They got me in an hour after I called (I was not an existing client) and put every worry I had at ease. The staff was fabulous with my 3 year old. They gained a patient for life, HIGHLY recommend.
