Over the past 10 years, Dr. Rubinov has been trusted to transform the smiles of hundreds of top models, celebrities and TV personalities both in the US and Internationally. His work and expertise has been featured in professional journals and lectures both nationally and abroad. The doctor is an avid proponent of continuing education and dedicates a large percentage of his time staying up to date on the latest advancements in the fields of Cosmetic Dentistry, Reconstructive Implant Surgery, Facial Esthetics as well as Anti-Aging and Longevity Medicine. Since 2012, Dr. Rubinov has served as a faculty club member at the world-renowned Spear Center for Advanced Dentistry in Scottsdale, AZ, where he has worked closely with the top dentists nationally and Internationally both as pupil and educator and has contributed his expertise to help treat some of the most trying and demanding reconstructive and cosmetic patients.
Growing up in NYC and living in Williamsburg for the last 10 years, Dr. Rubinov holds his city and community in high regard. An active member of the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, his practice has sponsored many local conservational and community efforts and agendas from giving back to local schools, to contributing to the creation and conservation of the local parks, to providing a yearly bro-bono budget for those who are unable to attain necessary dental services in the community. With the recent alarming increase in the incidence of Oral Cancer, Dr. Rubinov and his team have curated an annual Free Oral-Cancer Screening Day, where Dr. Rubinov and his entire clinical team perform complimentary soft tissue exams on anyone that shows up. Dr. Rubinov is also an active art collector and supporter of the Arts and is well known for his sliding scale and barter system to help local artists in need of dental care get the necessary treatments.
Dr. Konstantin Rubinov graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in 2007. Upon completion of his DMD degree from Tufts, Dr. Rubinov was admitted to the prestigious AEGD post-graduate program at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine where he received advanced training in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dentistry. In 2010, Dr. Rubinov completed an extensive residency program specializing in Dental Implantology and Oral Surgery at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. He has since continued his passion for continued professional growth and has gained distinguished expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry, Smile Design, Full Mouth Rehabilitation, CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry, Microscope Dentistry, Facial Aesthetics and most recently in Sedation Dentistry.
She graduated with a DDS degree from the prestigious University of California, San Francisco. Shortly after finishing her formal education, she moved to New York City and has been a resident of Brooklyn for many years.
Dr. Hubert is passionate about whole-body health as it relates to dentistry. She focuses her continuing education on oral-systemic connections, sleep dentistry, periodontics, and cosmetic restorative rehabilitation. She has studied with the Spear Center, the Dawson Academy and is certified in the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique(R)
When Dr. Hubert is away from Williamsburg Dental Arts, she loves spending time with her family, traveling and gardening. She is active in her local community and enjoys running and spending time outdoors.

I am not a person who loves the dentist. I was a bit nervous for my consultation with Dr. Rubinov, but the second I met him, my nerves disappeared and with his expertise and confidence, I felt extremely comfortable. The office has amazing vibes, the staff are so kind and caring and got to know me (which I've never experienced). The office does such a good job at making their patients feel comfortable (whether its the sedation for the procedure or just perfectly explaining everything that is going on at all times). I first came into the office not loving my smile and after Dr. Rubinov did an amazing job fixing my gum level and placing veneers on my top teeth and now I can't stop smiling. If you're looking for a new dentist, please don't try any other practice! ( I even come to Williamsburg from NYC).

I get super anxious about the dentist (I know, don't we all) but especially when it's my first time at a new place, with a new DR. I arrived to a beautiful office. The front desk manager was so sweet and calming. There was zero wait time. Dr Ward is amazing! His bedside manner was 10/10. He really listened to what my issue was and within 30 mins I was out w/ dental work better than anything I have ever had done before. No exaggeration. I got a front facing filling done and the color match and shape blew me away. Zero pain, just an all out stress free experience. I don't have dental insurance so they were very clear about the cost before the work was done, which I really appreciated. I'm so relieved and happy to have found a dentist in NYC that I will not be nervous going to.

Highly recommend! I have had issue after issue since I was 17 when I received my first bad bridge. I had a missing peg lateral and a miniature peg lateral that the dentist capped. Fast forward MANY many years, another bad bridge and several dentists later, I finally have a beautiful polished cohesive smile. To begin, I was looking for a dentist that could understand my frustrations and that I could trust to fix the many years of wrongs. I wanted to find a practice that clearly had a sense of style and design and did not make me walk out feeling I could never ever afford having nice teeth like most dentist offices had especially in Williamsburg. The entire Team is great they all worked with me the through out the whole time. Dr. Rubinov spoke to me in language I could understand and walked me through the next steps in each visit. I trusted the process and everyone working there made me feel confidant. The result was exactly I was hoping for, asked for and more. I had a great experience, they are artists!

This is the most high quality and coolest dental office in Williamsburg hands down! However, the owner of the practice, Dr. Rubinov also does facial esthetics. He is a master injector and after trusting my face to him, I look 10 years younger over night! No joke. He is amazing with Botox and Fillers and did my face and lips in the most natural, beautiful way. The next day I had the tiniest bit of swelling and no bruising and no pain. I couldn't be happier. Not to mention that they do all their major dentistry under sedation, so you sleep while the work is done. I mean, just wow.

I go to Williamsburg Dental Arts for dentistry with Dr. Rubinov and he also does my facial aesthetics. I just had under eye filler done in 30min, it was painless and the results were immediate! He is a pro.

Is this the best reviewed business in Brooklyn? Dr. Konstantin took all the time necessary to explain my options and examine my jaw and bite for TMJ pain. I was waiting for the catch given the fair pricing of botox and tasteful space, but I don't think there is one. They seem to care about providing quality care at a fair price.

Dr. Hubert was phenomenal. I came to WDA with a long history of jaw/TMJ issues and a desperate need for comprehensive care. Dr. Hubert was thorough, asked more questions than any provider I've had before and shared a care plan that is actually approachable. The office staff are lovely and professional, so the warm welcomes were appreciated. Highly, highly recommend.

I have always been a dental regular, but of course..2020 happened & Im a nurse who has been greatly affected by covid since then. I was so hesitant to go back to a dentist, i went before the pandemic to Williamsburg Dental and was planning to return after. So last week was 1st time back and everyone in the office, from the front desk, the dental assistants , hygienists and Dr Rubinov were amazing! i had 2 teeth extracted and replacements fit and put in. I felt nothing more than a few pinches & nothing else , and i didn't need anything else besides the novocaine. All done with in an hour! They're calling my medications into my pharmacy and they're going to be ready soon. Anyone hesitant to return to dental work, should try here. I'm lucky because they're right up the block from me, but they are definitely worth a visit. Thank you every single person at Williamsburg Dental. I'll see you in 2 weeks. Victoria

Went to (well, in the middle of treatment with) Dr. Hubert to assess and treat neck and jaw pain that's gotten pretty bad over the past decade. Dr. Hubert sent me to have a scan of my head and neck and also sent me home with a do it yourself at home sleep test. I was quickly diagnosed and given tongue exercises to do at home plus a referral to a physical therapist; an fda approved mouthguard, which has significantly improved my sleep on its own just 2 weeks in; and a referral to an orthodontist to do a jaw expanding procedure that I will do in the near future. I appreciate how Dr. Hubert is attacking the issue holistically from various angles. Albeit pricey, the quality of care you get here matches the value. Thanks, Dr. Hubert, for giving me a good night's sleep back!

I started with preventative Botox in my mid 20's at Williamsburg Dental Arts. I am almost 40 in a couple of months and... I've been told on several occasions that I look 25. I don't look quite over the hill, and yes preventative Botox has helped me cheat the aging process. I figuratively drink from the fountain of youth with every visit to Dr. Konstantin's office. Preventative Botox has improved the quality of my skin, wrinkles, and my overall outlook on aging.... as it is reflected back to me in the mirror, I am unafraid of aging.

I love Dr Hubert's work. From cleanings to crowns, she's the best. The office has grown a lot since my first visit in 2014, but the attention shown to patients hasn't diminished. They still make you feel special. I also enjoyed the jazz music on my last visit. Classy, professional and cool office.

This place is not your average dental office. My visit here was an exceptional experience. The front desk was charming, the space was well decorated and artful, and pleasant scents and music set the atmosphere. My dental hygienist, Kseniya(hopefully spelled right) made me feel comfortable while I sat in the chair for my cleaning which was very thorough. Dr. Rubinov who examined me is very knowledgeable and just a really cool individual overall. Will definitely be back and telling my colleagues about this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Rubinov and his team for the last 5 years. I can say that they are a practice that makes going to the Dentist something to look forward to. Not only are they experts in the field they are always on the cutting edge of new and better ways of practicing. The space itself is like being in an upscale MedSpa/Art Gallery there is alway rotating iconic art on the walls and the best music playing (seriously, I have started to follow my Dentists playlists), beyond that you are attentively greeted by the best staff who make you feel comfortable and at home. You get to choose what kind of amenities you want during your visit from things like, essential oils to noise canceling headphones to IV nutrients, it's wonderful! Now getting to the meat of it... I wouldn't trust my face or teeth to anyone else. I am the kind of person that does meticulous research on holistic healing and medical treatments, one of my favorite things about Dr.Rubinov is he is always truthful and goes into detail about my personalized case and various options, even if it means not getting any treatment at all. Therefore, I value his word and his judgment and I know he has my best interest in mind. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to fully answer any questions I had along the way. I have had my teeth straightened with invisalign, a crown placed, zoom whitening, as well as a set of 10 veneers placed on my upper teeth. I opted for oral sedation during the procedures and it was so easy and I was peacefully relaxed the entire time, actually felt like I caught up on some rest :). Every visit was painless and comfortable and I am soooo happy with my results. I can not recommend Williamsburg dental Arts enough. Dr. Rubinov, Dr. Huberts and all of the staff are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone curious about or in need of any dental or facial aesthetic work.

As a practicing dentist, this is where I go to get my dental work done. It's not easy to work on someone who is going to be highly critical of your work and examine everything you do, yet Dr. Rubinov met my high expectations. He is confident in everything he does, and showed me each step of my crowns even though I did not ask. Going to the dentist is difficult, and he offers sedation to make your experience more comfortable. He also offers helpful suggestions and doesn't push for treatment and products. I highly recommend Dr. Rubinov.
