Awesome front end staff, Dental assistants, and Hygienist!!! Very observant, ask questions, let me explain my concerns and history. They knew things about my dental previous work before I could tell them. Now they are excited with me to restore my gum health and my teeth. Great adventure and ready for more. Thank you so so much

Lisa, one of the office personnel (actually so very much more), who is prompt to acknowledge you even when she is on the phone with someone else, she greets you with a beautiful smile and directs you to the waiting area with her eyes. After completing her phone call courteously, friendly, professionally, and friendly, she shares the very same with the waiting clients. As most recently having Dr.Rosler is an amazing woman, Dentist and person. Her skills and atention to detail are impressive. Even in this fast paced, insurance dictated world, where she (all staff) is forced into attending to multiple patients at once to balance the books, and keep so many employed, especially in these difficult times. The entire staff seems to work together to form a unified/cohesive successful, professional, personable, patient-centered, dignified, most needed service to our area. From their due diligence in enforcing all COVID requirements and patient safety in wearing masks; to knowledgeable, effcient, professional dentistry care, instruction/answering questions(no matter how dumb we think they are), direction/ recommendations for improving health (whole health), and performance this Famly of dental care providers are exemplary; to filing necessary paperwork for prior approval and payment, thus alleviating patient financial stress; for Dental Assistants, Hygienist, and anyone else I may have inadvertently missed (hard to tell who's behind those masks) who help the patient feel comfortable during preliminaries, assist the doctor, then complete the exam. The staff are diligent in making everyone has their best smile possible; after all, as quoted, "Dentistry is usually not expensive. Neglect is." Makes you want to smile, dosent it? Williams Valley Denistry will.

First, don't be scared by that one star review. The person it was about no longer even works there. Second, I can not praise Dr. Rosler and Jensen enough. They were beyond amazing with my first time Dentist goer who had to have an extraction and a root canal as his first appointment. They were patient and kind, great with my child, and he didn't feel a thing. He left there with a smile and said it was "no big deal" after an hour of work. I think it's a pretty big deal, and as a mom, could not have handled it if they were not as amazing with my kiddo as they were. Prices were fair and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Thank you so much WVDG, especially Dr. Rosler And Jensen!
