Dr. Williams and his staff are greedy, selfish, and uncaring. All they care about is getting their $2,500 payment before they proceed with any treatment. They only removed one tooth out of four due to payment issues. They do offer Care Credit, but they only offer terms of 6 months - which is $416 per month. They set the terms with Care Credit and they could offer their patients a longer term to pay. My local dentist offered me 36 months on a $400 bill, so it is possible. Dr. Williams apparently thinks we are all rich. I would not recommend his services, unless, of course, you just have $2,500 in your back pocket.

I had full mouth extraction. I was scared as a deer in headlights! When Dr Williams come in, his gentle, compassion self made me so relaxed. He walked me thr all clear with detailed information and reassurance. His staff was very efficient and caring! Always taking care of my needs in assisting him. I'd give him 10 stars! Up and above! If you're having sur and want a Dental Surgeon you can trust and feel comfortable with... safe with , he's your man!!! Thank you Dr Williams, Brenda and staff for the best care! God bless you all! took my friend to be her sober driver after getting her wisdom teeth removed and a lady working there by the name of brenda was VERY VERY rude before and after the procedure to me and her. not a lady i would hire to be around people who need comfort in situations like these, getting your wisdom teeth out is scary and she was rude and not comforting in the slightest.

Place did a good job on my surgery, but was supposed to send me a bill if my insurance didn't cover everything, which I never got a call, never got a bill in the mail, they just turned it into collections for like 140$, I called up ask them they just said work it out with the collections department, real nice for them to put a ding on someone's credit. So if you have any work done here make sure you cover your butt and watch them with billing.

Dr Williams hands down the best oral surgeon goes through everything he's gonna do very nice staff and his staff and Dr Williams make u feel comfortable i would recommend dr williams

Let me start out by saying I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone in the office was so reassuring. I especially appreciated Brenda who even held my hand when I was getting the numbing injections. Dr. Wiliams explained everything before he did it and stopped periodically just to see how I was doing. He and Brenda made this a pleasant experience. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, this is where I will go.

Seriously such amazing and nice staff! They really care how you feel and making sure you are not worried and completely comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Amazing and patient staff. I had a nasty wisdom tooth pulled that showed up a few years ago, I am now 36. Hopefully I don't have to go back for anything else, obviously..... But if I do, i know I'm in damn good hands.

Dr Williams and his staff did an outstanding job removing our daughter's wisdom teeth. They were all very friendly and professional from the time we scheduled the procedure to after hour calls after the surgery - all excellent!

First time I have ever had teeth removed while being awake and I suffer from anxiety, but both Dr Williams and Tammy were amazing!!! Tammy is a very special and unique dental assistant!! She kept me calm the whole time and constantly asked if I was doing ok... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Thank you to the whole staff there!!!!

Wow, a Dr. that actually smiles and takes time with you. I was very impressed with Dr. Williams today, he was kind even when I had silly questions about my dogs tooth extraction and why they sutured them on dogs and not people. He was very smart. He ended up suturing one of mine and after surgery he said I was "half human half canine". He's so funny!!! I really enjoyed him and his sweet, sweet nurses! This is the place for you! I have been to B.H. oral surgeon and this was soooo much better. Dr. Williams did the I.V. himself, and sat and talked to me. He is just wonderful!!!! From the receptionist to the exit care...top notch!!!!!
