Too big to offer the kind of care I wanted. This used to be a wonderfully small practice where there was great individual attention. Over the years the quality of care has fallen and my favorite dentist no longer has the ability to offer the level of care that made me feel safe and comfortable.

Dr. Williams and her staff went above and beyond to fit me in on the same day and made sure my needs were taken care of and referred me to an excellent oral surgeon! She also called to follow up with me 48 hours later to make sure I was OK! They clearly provide the best care and actually CARE!!!

I'm new to the area and have been pushing off a lot of dental work until now. (Crowns, cavities, cleanings, oh my!) I saw some of my co-workers recommended this location and I went to check it out for a consultation. I felt super comfortable and Dr. Molly Johnson gave me her professional opinion on a treatment plan and all the routes we could take. I 100% recommend her and this location.

I have been going to Williams Family Dentistry for 8 years. I wouldn't trust my dental care to anyone but Margie Williams. I have had some complicated problems and she has been knowledgeable and skilled beyond measure. I highly recommend this practice.

LIFE CHANGING! I have been severely afraid of going to the dentist. After not getting numb for a filling and a dentist drilling and not listening to me, I had to turn to sedation dentistry even for cleanings. Dentist Molly and hygienist Sammi listened to my worries and nerves, heard my story and needs, and were so understanding and gentle with me. Molly discovered that I'm an anatomical anomaly when it comes to nerve locations, but was so confident and gentle. I felt seen and heard and like no one would ask me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. I never once felt like Molly or Sammi thought I was a difficult patient or that I was needy. They were incredibly supportive and had incredible bedside manner, (while keeping me laughing). If you've had previous traumatic experiences with bad dentists... I highly recommend this place. I trust them with my whole family.

I came to the practice because I had bad experience with a previous dental office....Customer service is a big thing for me and it started when I came through the door. I was greeted pleasantly by Sammie. She was very nice, attentive, she has empathy and just easy to talk too (and she's very pretty.) Overall just AMAZING!!! She was the assistant to Dr. Williams and Dr. Williams was AMAZING as well!!! I loved how knowledgeable she was, taking the time to give me options and very thorough, she's patient, she had a little humor, but caring and that's what I appreciated, just the feeling of getting help and not feeling that you are an inconvenience or judged by the condition of your teeth. Dr. Williams also complimented me on my teeth, she said I had "pretty teeth" but she she gave me some critique as well and it was ok because her attitude was pleasant and it came from a place of love.....Just this experience alone and it being my first time not only motivated me to take better care of my teeth, but to make this a permanent place to be!!!! And also the receptionist Alondra...very pleasant her phone etiquette is very good! Just a warm place around!!! Please continue with this type of service because it's good for business!!! I'm just pleased

I'm sure I am not unique in the fact that I hate the dentist. Margie and her team however make a usually unpleasant experience far more tolerable than anywhere else I have ever been. Virtually no wait time when you arrive and everybody that's works there is extremely friendly and the office has a great vibe, for a dentists office. Both days were very quick and efficient in being fitted for a crown one day and the crown installation a couple weeks later. I would highly recommend this great group of ladies.

*Updated 2021 What an amazing new facility, great update William's Family Dentistry! My family of four and I have been going to Margie for years and really enjoy it. Caring people and a modern facility with impressive technology. She's also really good with our kids ages 2 and 4, and I recommend her to anyone who needs a dentist in the area.

I thought my last dentist was great... I was wrong! This one is incredible!!!! also the hygienist girl from Golden is a Rockstar! Can't wait to have more cavities so I could see them again!!!

Dr. Williams has provided extensive dental work for me. She's a kind and skilled dentist and the work she did was second to none! Contributing to my positive outcomes was Dr. Margies's collaboration with the greatest lab (Ivo) and oral surgeon (Dr. Greg Lurcott). I am grateful for the care and concern I received from Dr. Margie, her staff, and the top notch professionals she collaborated with on my case.

Dr. Molly Johnson and the hygienists are excellent! They make me feel right at home every time I walk through the door. I would highly recommend Williams Family Dentistry to anyone as they're fun, caring and very much dedicated to their work. Tip of the hat to Dr. Williams for building such a strong team!

I had to find a new dentist after signing up for Medicare this year. I don't like going to a new healthcare provider without a personal referral from friends or family; however, I hit the jackpot with Williams Family Dentistry! I concur with all the positive reviews I read before I scheduled my first appointment. They have a great team! Dr. Johnson was very professional, proficient, and personable; and Heather, her Dental Hygienist, was equally terrific! The week after my appointment I was eating a bowl of raspberries and a seed lodged in my gum. I tried using a dental pick and floss to dislodge it, but I only managed to wedge it deeper into my gum. I finally called the office and they graciously worked me into their busy schedule the same day. I truly appreciated their prompt and professional courtesy. Now I am going to eat some popcorn to see if I can get a husk or a kernel wedged in my gum just so I can visit them again!

I've been with this dentist for 3yrs now, and have to say up until today my experience was pretty good. I haven't had the greatest history with my teeth, and it's something I'm pretty embarrassed about. I went in today for an emergency appointment with tooth pain, I'd previously had a root canal done on this tooth, and come to find out that not all of the root had been cleaned out, it was done by another dentist, not by them. I felt completely shamed as the dentist read out my history, I felt like she was annoyed by me, basically saying I have had so many problems, and that my history isn't great. I also brought up that I had to go to an emergency dentist bc I thought they were closed on the weekends, and she seemed annoyed that I went to the emergency dentist. It was a very condescending experience, and was basically told I'm going to need a second root canal, and good luck. No sympathy offered or any kind of medication to alleviate my pain or antibiotic for the infection. I was laid off from my job due to COVID-19 & have no dental insurance, so yeah not an ideal situation at all. And no help from this dentist, other then the receptionist who was super friendly & caring. It's not an ideal situation at all, and I typically do not go out of my way to leave these kind of reviews, but this was a terrible experience. I'm scared, worried and to go here, be treated in this manner, well all I can say is I'm extremely disappointed. I will be looking for another dentist.
