I have been going here for about 3 years now. In my experience, the front desk ladies have always been so nice and helpful. I called today to reschedule an appointment. The lady I spoke to was very rude. Hung up on me. I was not aware the phone call was over because she did not say goodbye or end the phone call in a professional manner by any means. It seemed like I was being an inconvenience to this person. Super disappointing to be treated like this.

Honestly my first visit was great and the DA that helped me was so nice and attentive after my first visit where they actually did work that went ok, but after it was a night mare. The ladies that are in the front office do not know how to do their job description. The patients are not their priority. I'm not sure why there even working there if they cannot do their jobs. It's all about the patients always not for them. It seems like they come first. I did not think I would have to be helping them to help me. My last appointment was never confirmed only through email. I called them many times regarding my concerns and issues I was having before appt and that's another reason why I choose not to even confirm it because they failed to take care of my questions. I haven't heard from them not sure if they lost my phone numbers . I will going to another place and finding another dentist that has better staff.

this place is nothing but a bunch of crooks! I am very appalled at the service that I had received here at this establishment. I went in for a root canal and two crowns and paid for the service prior to the appointment. I was under pill sedation and I clearly remember everything that happened and did not give consent for these people to do additional services on me without discussing price. I do remember signing a consent form for the treatment i paid for, however it wasn't what I had thought it was it was very misleading. now I am left with a bill that I cannot afford all because these people are dishonest. Do not under any circumstances sign any forms to have treatment here at this facility without reading thoroughly and asking a lot of questions, make sure you ask for the consent forms prior to your procedure to read over them throughly. These people do not understand what they are doing is wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Chandler and the staff are A1 been here several time every experience has been Great. Dr Chandler has pulled several of my wisdom teeth NO pain during or after. Highly suggest Williams Family Dental you want be disappointed.

Had an appointment scheduled 8:00a.m. For cleaning and x-Rays. Had to shuffle around my work schedule. I get a call 25 minutes before my appointment saying the dental hygienist called in and they have to reschedule my appointment. Not okay.

Williams claims I needed a root canal and deep ckeaning..I went to another dentist and I really needed was a crown and a regular cleaning...dr. William's is in it for the money so get another opinion and stay away from williams.

Called in for an urgent matter & was seen the next day. The staff is helpful & patient. Dr. Nickols fixed my problem asap, with care. The atmosphere is very welcoming & they take care is cleanliness & followed all COVID guidelines. I definitely recommend.
