Dr. Chase M. Williams grew up in Cedar City, Utah. His Father was a dentist and he knew from a young age that he wanted to follow in his dads footsteps. Chase spent countless hours is his Dads office watching and learning about teeth. After completing his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology/Zoology from Southern Utah University, He moved his lovely wife, Teresa, to Omaha, Nebraska where he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry. During his second year of dental school, Dr. Williams father, Tracey, unexpectedly passed away.
This altered Dr. Williams dream of working with his dad. Chase worked extra hard in school from that point on and graduated #1 in his class in May 2007. Dr. Williams and his family moved back to Cedar City, Utah to start his dental practice and to continue the tradition of excellence in dentistry that his father had started. Chase and his wife Teresa have two beautiful daughters, Ashlyn and Alyssa, and twin boys, Brock and Brevin.
Dr. Jeff M. Williams started his dental journey working as a lab technician for his father, Tracey L. Williams DDS, in the late 90s. After his father passed away in 2004 he pursued a degree from Dixie State University in Dental Hygiene. After receiving an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene, Jeff returned to Cedar City to work for his brother Dr. Chase M. Williams DDS. While working as a hygienist, Jeff continued his education and went on to receive a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene with an emphasis on restorative dentistry where he became board certified in dental restorations. While utilizing his certification by teaching as adjunct faculty at Dixie State University, it furthered Jeffs passion for dentistry. Having a desire to continue his education, he applied to dental school and was accepted by West Virginia University.
Jeff, his wife Amilyn, and their daughter Lainee moved to West Virginia where they lived for four years while attending dental school. During the first semester of dental school, they welcomed their son Harvey. Jeff graduated from West Virginia University in 2018 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery and returned to the family practice in Cedar City, Utah.

I have to give this office 5 stars because Dr.Chad was AMAZING . My anxiety/ fear for any dentist has caused me to let my teeth get bad, I had a tooth pulled today and it wasn't to bad. My anxiety didn't turn to panic, he was calm, patient and made sure I wouldnt feel anything. His assistant was great too very friendly and sweet. Im not from here and was amazed how quick i got an appointment and how quickly I was in and out if I need a dentist again I will definitely be giving him a call .

I live 45 minutes away and tried reaching out to every dentist in my town when my crown fell out on a Friday night. He was the ONLY dentist willing to go out of his way and help me. I made the drive and it was 100% worth it. Nicest guy, best bed side manner, and genuinely cares about his patients. Chase Williams has a new patient for life.

I live 45 minutes away and tried reaching out to every dentist in my town when my crown fell out on a Friday night. He was the ONLY dentist willing to go out of his way and help me. I made the drive and it was 100% worth it. Nicest guy, best bed side manner, and genuinely cares about his patients. Chase Williams has a new patient for life.

Chase is am amazing dentist and an amazing person! He had treated my family with amazing care and consideration as life isn't always convenient he accommodates. He is more than far and doesn't price gauge. I would recommend him to anybody. He's good because he cares!

I brought my then 3 week old baby girl in for a tongue tie/lip tie revision. She'd been having latch issues and more importantly reflux d/t her improper latch (swallowing excess air) that then caused some issues with choking. It had been a scary time for us! Our lactation consultant referred us to Dr. Williams for the tongue tie/lip tie revision evaluation/consult. My daughter did have a tongue and lip tie so we had the revision. She's now 3 months old, going on 4 months, and we rarely have reflux issues now since she's able to latch better and swallow less air. I highly recommend this procedure if your LO has a lip and/or tongue tie. The exercises after her procedure were relatively easy and my daughter healed well and we've had great results! She now BF like a champ and rarely takes a bottle, she prefers to nurse from Mom now, and is doing amazing. Thanks so much Dr. Williams!

We were referred to Dr. Williams by Aditi from Sound Start Lactation in Saint George to get our daughter's tongue tie fixed. I was so impressed with how kind and knowledgeable Dr. Williams was. He answered all of my questions and put all of my fears to rest regarding the procedure. The laser made it so quick and didn't seem very painful to my daughter at all. Recovery was a breeze and she is eating SO much better and is a very happy baby now! It blew me away when Dr. Williams text me to check in on how my daughter was recovering afterwards - such a fantastic, caring doctor. I am so grateful to him and his staff and highly recommend!!

Dr Williams is an awesome dentist. I used to be terrified of dental work, but Dr Williams is gentle and VERY good at what he does. My anxiety about going to get dental work done is gone. His staff is awesome too! They are all so nice and accommodating with my big family, and busy kids.

I never wanted to go to the dentist until I met Dr. Chase Williams and now I love to go to him...I would worry for weeks when I knew I had an appointment. Dr. Williams and his office staff is the most amazing dentist office and I would strongly recommend everyone to go to him.

I really hate going to the dentist and have an extreme fear of needles. Dr Williams has been the best for me he takes the time to help me so I don't have as big of fear and he is the only person that has gave me a shot and walked me through it he is a very amazing person

Dr Williams uses the latest equipment. He is caring, compassionate and easy to talk to. I am always taken back quickly and his staff are friendly and professional. I have been to his office many times and have always been made to feel comfortable. My dental needs have been taken care of quickly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
