HealthPoint Family Cares vision is a community where everyone has access to quality, affordable health care. HealthPoints mission isto be the best provider of health services through compassion, innovation and excellence.
We are dedicated to coordinating care for our patients across services they receive within and outside of HealthPoint. We engage in a team approach to care for the wellness of our patients, rather than only treating specific symptoms or conditions. Our providers act as the leader of your wellness team and work in conjunction with you, your family and other outside providers providing care to you.

Not everyone has access to quality health care. That is why HealthPoints mission is to provide affordable health care to those who need it. HealthPoint provides a large variety of services to support the community.
Through the Healthcare for the Homeless program, we provide 3,000 homeless visits every year. Through donations we offer extra support services to our patients experiencing homelessness such as medications, shoes and socks, coats, toiletries, food and bus passes, as needed.
Reach Out and Read is a literacy program in which medical providers prescribe reading to parents of young patients. With funding from grants and individual donors, HealthPoint gives an age-appropriate book to children age six months to 5 years at each check-up.

Do not see him!! He drilled on my tooth even though I was not numb. Caused a lot of pain. He's also replaced a filling multiple times. Even though I've always had issues with it. Seems like he likes putting people through unnecessary pain.
