Dr. William ONeal graduated from the University of Alabama before earning his doctorate from the University of Alabama Birmingham. He has been offering outstanding dental care since 1982. To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. ONeal maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association and Mobile Area Dental Society. Dr. O'Neal is a past president of the Mobile Area Dental Society and has had several articles published in the Mobile Press Register.

Dr. ONeal is married to the lovely Chris Ezekiel from Gadsden, Alabama, and they have been blessed with two beautiful children, Kristen Winifred and William Rowell, Jr.; Kristen married Jerome Wilkinson and gave Dr. ONeal three wonderful grandchildren, Christine, Tyler and Abigail. William is married to Morgan who also gave Dr. ONeal three, beautiful grandchildren, Liam, Annalise and Adeline.

Dr. ONeal enjoys volunteering with and donating to several charities in the Mobile area and spreading the gospel at home and overseas by going on various mission trips. When he isnt in the office, you can find Dr. ONeal enjoying time with family, watching Alabama football, hunting and fishing.

Jamie Franklin - Financial Coordinator/Dental Hygienist Jamie is a former hygienist, now financial coordinator and receptionist. She has worked at Dr. O'Neal's office for 32 years. Jamie graduated from Faulkner's dental assisting program and then went to the University of Alabama Birmingham's hygiene program. Jamie has been married to her husband, Thad, for 32 years. They have two children, Emily and Blaine. When Jamie is not working she enjoys going to the beach, bike riding, and playing with her two dogs. Jamie says her favorite part of working at Dr. O'Neal's office is communicating with the patients who she has grown to know very well over the past years.

Jillian Phillips - Dental Hygienist Jillian is a dental hygienist but mostly assists Dr. O'Neal during procedures. She has worked at Dr. O'Neal's office for six years. Jillian graduated from University of Alabama Birmingham's hygiene program in 2017. Jillian has been married to her husband, Will for two years and they recently welcomed a baby girl into the world. In Jillian's free time she enjoys going to the beach, going on walks with her dog Luna, and hanging with her friends. Jillian's favorite part of working at Dr. O'Neal's is her co-workers.

Ashley- Dental Hygienist Ashley is a dental hygienist and has worked in the dental field for 14 years. She graduated from Faulkner's dental assisting program in 2006 and completed University of Alabama Birmingham's hygiene program in 2015. Ashley has been with her husband Jonathan for 15 years. They have two children together, Ainsley and Camden. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family and going to the beach. Ashley says her favorite part of working at Dr. O'Neal's office is getting to know the patients.
