I called this place today to schedule a visit for my daughter and was told that I missed an appointment in 2016 and they can't reschedule me. I know people need to have consideration for missing an appointment but missing one 6 years ago that I didnt cacel, they did for insurance reasons is crazy.

Dr. Johnson is a great pediatric dentist. He is so great with children and takes time to discuss each visit with parents. My only issue is that he comes into the waiting room to discuss his patients, so there is no privacy. I wish they would call the parents back for discussion

Bill Johnson's pediatric dentist office is extremely impatient and hostile towards their patients. There are no principles of customer service whatsoever at this dental office. As a parent, we become busy and make mistakes-- we're not perfect. I called in to apologize and reschedule for an appointment and got dehumanized for making an earnest mistake. The person working in the front office was extremely disrespectful to me, a patient of several years, and snarked at me with a condescending tone. I am switching dentists, and will never be coming back. I highly do not recommend bringing your children here if you like to be spoken to with basic manners.

Wonderful dentist! He and his daughter Samantha are absolutely awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've seen him since I was 4 years old... a little over 20 years and now I see his daughter! He still sees all of my siblings and my son. I recommend him to everyone! Super friendly and knowledgeable!

We love Dr. Johnson and his staff! There is not a better are more caring pediatric dentist in the city of Louisville.

There was a message in the answering machine that said call promptly at 8am I did , then there was another message giving me a Drs phone number , I left a message that did not get returned , so I went to the office the next morning with an emergency broke tooth and filling coming out they would not see me , said they only have one adult dentist.

I went to Dr. Johnson as a child and my kids saw him and now i see Samantha and so do they! I can not ay enough wonder things about. The both of them! Hands down the absolute BEST i would seriously drive 500 miles to go here. DEFINITELY bring your kids here start them here.. my kids have absolutely NO fear of the dentist at all the love it and always have. They are fast and only do what is necessary. Love you both so much!

Each time I've been to Dr.Johnson he has diagnosed me with what's exactly wrong with me. I trust this Doctors opinion more than any other Doctors opinion in the strand Area.

Drs. William and Samantha Johnson were great with my kids--very friendly and good at putting them at ease. My oldest didn't want to go, but once we got there it took almost no time for him to warm up. My other child has been nervous at the dentist before, but that was not an issue! We were in and out very quickly. I don't know whether they have all the latest technology, but it's not a bad thing to not have extra products and procedures pushed during the appointment.
