The front office staff was very attentive and efficient. The 1 star rating is for the 1 hour 15 minute wait my son and I endured without ever getting to meet with Dr Dzyak. Eventually we walked out. When I called later to explain why we left and to express that our time is just as valuable as theirs, I was told that this is an oral surgeon's office and unexpected things happen during surgery and they don't just leave their patients. I absolutely agree with that statement but at the very least, communicate what is happening with your patient, or else plan your appts with enough space between them to cover these types of concerns. When I arrived, there were 3 other people in the waiting room and when I walked out, there were at least 3 people waiting to be seen. Then I was told that Dr. Dzyak could offer my son a preauthorization for his wisdom teeth extraction and we could schedule the surgery, if I would like. No, I would not like.

I wish I could give Dr. Dyzak and his staff more than 5 stars! I've needed his services several times over many years. I would never dream of going anyone else. He goes to such great lengths to make sure you're comfortable and clearly explains every step of a procedure. He has the ability to put his patients immediately at ease - a wonderful trait in a surgeon. Also, Dr. Dayak's extractions are totally painless and post-op healing is swift. He is a true professional, with a heart of gold! His staff is competent, friendly, flexible, and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Dzyak is great. However, the staff was not very helpful. We were not told that the consultation for wisdom teeth extraction is not free. Dr. Dzyak is out of Geha dental network. We end up with a surprise bill for the consultation.

I wish I could give Dr. Dyzak and his staff more than 5 stars! I've needed his services several times over many years. I would never dream of going anyone else. Although my visit involved the extraction of a cracked tooth, Dr Dzyak and his staff totally put me at ease when the procedure had to be done. Dr. D put me at ease and the procedure was done quickly without any complications. His staff is really friendly and they provided me a pretreatment estimate on all the costs with my dental insurance. They also immediately provided me a reimbursement check for an overpayment I had made for their services. I highly recommend Dr Dzyak is you are looking for a qualified and experienced oral surgeon.

DO NOT GO unless you are fully aware of what your insurance is going to cover. Barreen who is the head of billing is such a rude and unpleasant lady. I had an explanation of benefits prior to my procedure and was only liable for a certain amount of the bill as my insurance was covering the rest. The head of billing ended up also billing my medical insurance (when I have dental) and kept trying to make me pay almost another $2 grand more on top of what they had received and was telling me that my dental plan requires them to bill to medical first (which I found out was a lie!) She argued with my dental insurance representative and finally the charge was dropped when it went through a FRAUD ANALYST. BE AWARE and triple check your bill with your insurance before paying them!!!!! The doctor was nice, but I would recommend steering away from this place only because of the billing issue that was non stop for 4 months after my procedure. Clearly the billing people are trying to steal your money and will go through all means of getting it even if that means lying to their patients.

dr.Bill is the best in the business! took care of all my 3 kids' wisdom teeth and my own implants. superb technique, exhaustive knowledge and great personality.

Great experiences here. Dr. Dzyak performed oral surgery on me to fix the roof of my mouth. Later when my child needed a "bonus" tooth removed, I knew just where to go. He did a great job for both of us, great bedside manner, everything.

Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming and caring. Their primary focus is your wellbeing before anything else. They also allow you to make payment arrangement if you need to. I always know I am in good hands when I sit in Dr. Dzyak's chair.

I have a problem mouth, and Dr. Dyzak is absolutely the best dentist! He's calming, patient, and extraordinarily competent. He's got me forever!
