Because our procedure rooms are used to perform oral srgery, no service animals are allowed beyond our waiting area. The presence of animals in our procedure rooms poses a significant health risk to our patients.
Service animals are welcome in our waiting area only. All service animals must be kept on a leash at all times while in our building. We ask that service animals be restricted to the tiled portion of our waiting area.

I drove 1hr, 45 minutes for my first visit with Dr. Paul. When I arrived I must admit I was a little nervous as to knowing how the staff was and Dr. Paul and his services. I was warmly greeted by the staff and was told to have a seat, and that I would be called shortly. There was a patient sitting a few doors down from me with her son. For some reason she saw the look on my face and must assumed that it was my first time there. She offered her greeting to me and said. I had some major work done on my mouth and that Dr. Paul was really a good Dr. Paul. She told me that he did great work and that she was sure I would be pleased and be at ease. I told her thank you for easing my mind be it my first time there. She was right thus far. I was very pleased with my first visit in knowing that I have to return back to have some work done!!! Looking forward to my second visit with Dr. Paul and his staff and get my smile back!

Unfortunately, I came in with a serious problem. Everything was explained in detail to me in simple layman terms LOL! The staff, and especially the doctor were very efficient, and knowledgeable! I have never walked out of a dentist office smiling before! Thank you also, for seeing me on such short notice! Much appreciated, keep up the good work!

Would have given 5 stars except I waited 45 min for my appointment. Which I understand but then after removing 5 teeth I was sat up quickly and felt rushed to leave. But other then that it was good.

TERRIBLE!!!! Where do I start??? First Issue??? Appointment time was for 3:30pm. Didn't get called back until 4:30pm and only AFTER I had to ask how much longer it would be and watching 4 other patients arrive after us and get called in before us. My son is AUTISTIC and suffers from SEVERE ANXIETY. An hour long wait AFTER your scheduled time is just more taxing on an individual with disabilities. As health professionals this should be a no-brainer. Second issue??? Being sold a drug that "insurance doesn't cover" and then being told AFTER the appointment that additional meds would be needed. He's on a fixed income. What would have happened if he didn't have a caring, responsible caregiver like myself??? Third issue??? I learned more about the personal lives of their staff during my hour long wait that I could pick out their family members by name. UNPROFESSIONAL UNFRIENDLY LACKS BASIC PATIENT CARE UNRELIABLE I applaud their brazen disrespect for their patients.

UPDATE: 5 YEARS LATER... I am still numb! They won't return my calls and will not help me at all! I'm extremely sensitive now to hot and cold. Please do not give this man your trust ! I just found out some coworkers of mine took their children and he rushed the entire time and now one of their daughters is completely numb on their upper lip ! PLEASE people do not so this to yourself or others ! He needs to be out of practice ! All he wants is the money. Do not allow this man to perform anything on you ! From the bottom of my heart I loath this man for what he did to me. No compassion or empathy whatsoever and the staff is the same exact way. Find someone else and research more than I did before this happens again to someone else. I cannot urge you guys enough.

Great staff. Was able to get me in 2 in the same week to get this done quickly, and as painless as can be expected with dental work. While the dentist was nice and explained what I asked, he did insist I write down my 15ish different prescriptions. Walked out of the room until I finished my paperwork, instead of just looking for the paper in my file that already says it all, which I told him should be there. Luckily the tech finished flipping the 2 pages and found them, and I didn't have to try to remember them all.

My second surgery on my mouth went not so good. They couldn't get an iv started so they only numbed my mouth and the experience was very traumatic. They were very rough on my mouth and i swelled so badly and the bruising on my face is bad. Gave me a black eye. It was just a traumatizing experience that i wouldn't wish on anyone.
