William P. Lamas, D.M.D., M.S. a native of South Florida, completed his college education at Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his studies at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he earned the degree Doctor of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he received the American Academy of Periodontology Student Achievement Award; the highest honor given by the academy to a graduating dental student. Dr. Lamas went on to pursue specialization and advanced graduate studies in Periodontics and Dental Implants. He graduated and was certified as a specialist with a Master of Science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry-TAMUS. At Baylor he excelled as a post-doctorate resident and also contributed to teaching and mentoring pre-doctorate students.
Dr. Lamas returned home to Miami and accepted an academic position at the Miami VA Medical Center where he was in charge of the Periodontics and Implant Dentistry Program. Dr. Lamas continues to be active with organized dentistry and charitable organizations in an effort to promote gum disease awareness and oral health. He has held memberships in several organizations and was president of the South Florida District Dental Association. He continues to teach as an assistant clinical professor for the University of Florida College of Dentistry and lectures nationally on the latest advancements in Periodontics and Dental Implantology.
Presently, Dr. Lamas is fully engaged in delivering the very best and latest periodontal and dental implant treatments to his patients. Dr. Lamas enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children and all that South Florida living has to offer.
Practice Director Ive had the privilege to work alongside Dr. Lamas for 13 years. The dynamic of our team lead by Dr. Lamas is what makes our practice stand out and become the leading Periodontal Practice in Miami. Our patients are like family to us and our team is very mindful of their needs.

In my time away from the office, I love spending time with my family. Im blessed to have two beautiful kids and in our free time we really enjoy taking advantage of everything that Miami has to offer.

Registered Dental Hygienist Chris was born and raised in South Florida. He has been active part of the dental field for almost 8 years. He attends and is part of ADHA in order to keep up with latest technology and continue education in order to provide the best possible care for patients after their surgical procedures and recare hygiene visits. He is knowledgeable in IV Conscious Sedation and Phlebotomy and works very closely with Dr. Lamas in and out of the OR. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Registered Dental Hygienist I have been a registered dental hygienist since 2003. I graduated from Miami Dade College Medical Campus with highest honors and upon receival of my license, began working with one of the most prestigious and talented periodontists I know, Dr. Lamas.
Registered Dental Hygienist Olmis has 10 years experience as a Dental Hygienist and has been a part of our team since April of 2011. She received her dental hygienist degree from Miami Dade College in 2009. Olmis makes it her aim to make every patient feel comfortable and welcomed in our office. She loves her profession and put a lot of passion on taking care of our patients. She is married and has two kids.. Olmis loves to travel and to read a good book. She is Cuban and loves the music and food from her native Caribbean Island.

For many years, I have had perfect teeth. Bad luck led to my having to have a tooth removed. I was one nervous patient. Everyone at the office, front desk, staff, nurses and doctors, were just wonderful. Bradley Ross handled my case. He explained everything well and handled the procedure expertly. I recommend the office without qualification.

I love it here! The staff and employees are all very professional and treat their clients very nicely. I've gone to prior dentists but I always considered the information that they provided me with as misleading. I went to this place to check the progress of my wisdom teeth and was told by Dr. Lamas that I should remove them ASAP and got immediately recommended a surgeon. They're extremely knowledgeable and very honest and straightforward with their work! The hygienists are all very kind and efficient with their work and literally make sure your mouth looks spotless. I feel like this clinic's staff genuinely cares for the well-being of their patients and makes them feel welcomed. I was honestly shocked at how well I was treated by them, as they all say "we're civil here," and they honestly are. This staff is amazing, will be coming back 6 months for another cleaning for sure! :)

I took my time to write this review and the reason for this is because quality seems to decline over time.... Not here ! This doctor is absolutely amazing and knows what he's doing. He's honest and straightforward. I had my wisdom removed and this was the best experience at a dentist office, no pain, barely any swelling and the best part ? The doctor called me the same day of the procedure at 9pm to check on me! Unheard! The hygienists are super knowledgeable and sweet ! I'm glad I finally found this place! I am one that does not like visiting the dentist chair. It terrifies me every time they go in to do any type of procedure. However my experience with Dr. Lamas office has been one of the best and most relaxing Experience I have had in my 61 years. I would recommend them to anyone including my grandchildren. After almost 80 years of dental work, I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience than I had with Dr.Lamas and his staff. I live on Key Biscayne in the winter and developed an infection. Dr. Lamas saw me the very next day. Before I even saw him, I was given a tour of the offices, with explanations of what is done in each room. Everything is very hi-tech, the offices are beautiful and welcoming. After evaluating my problem, he came up with a plan for me. The next week he performed surgery to remove the crown, tooth, clean out the infection, rebuild bone and put in an implant. Afterwards I had no pain, no swelling and no bruising. He has been on top of my healing from day one and in a few weeks I will have a new crown. I do live in North Carolina eight months of the year, but if and when I need any other work done, I will be on a plane to Miami to have Dr. Lamas do the work. He is amazing.

Unethical business practices. Called to request a quote and was told I had to come in for a complimentary consult, but that they would provide it then. When I arrived I was informed Lamas would not see me or provide a quote unless I paid for x-rays.
