Dr. Moskowitz grewup in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, and graduated from Lincoln High School. He earned his Bachelor of Artsdegree at Brooklyn College. He then went on to New York University Dental School to earn his DDS degree. The nextstep of his training wasa General Dentistry Residency at Long Island College Hospital. Dr. Moskowitz opened his private practice in Matawan, on Route 34, in Pine Valley Plaza. In 1999, he moved into his present location on Route 34 in Aberdeen. Dr M. enjoys boating, fishing, and has just begun playing golf (look out if you live near the fairway). The rest of his free time is spent with his wife Karen and their 5 children and grandchildren.
William Moskowitz, DDS, is a unique kind of dentist. He takes a gentle aproach, easing any concerns you may have by providing valuable patient education. He listens so he can best understand your particular needs. He strives to provide the highest standard of personalized dental care using his skilled training in the latest advances in dental technology. His many hundreds of hours of continuing education has earned him the degree of Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Dr. Penner was born and raised in Marlboro, NJ. Following his graduation from Colts Neck High School he went to University of Wisconsin to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then pursued his dental education at University of Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he received his doctorate. Matthew completed a year of General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where he received advanced training in restorative and surgical dentistry. Matthew is passionate about community service and has been on outreach trips to several states as well as Jamaica to provide dental care to underserved populations. When Matthew is not busy practicing dentistry he enjoys traveling, golfing, and relaxing at the local beaches.

Elisa has been a hygienist for Dr. Moskowitz since 1983! When she is not in the office you can find her at the gym working out or teaching fitness classes. Elisa also enjoys making jewelry to sell at vendor events and refinishing old pieces of furniture.
Renee has been a hygienist in the practice for over 25 years! She grew up on a farm in Morganville and has been a Monmouth County resident her whole life. Renee is also the owner of a local restaurant serving up delicious eats. Renee likes to spend her free time with her family and her French bull dog, Macy.
Meryl has been a hygienist for Dr. Moskowitz for over 30 years! She has a passion for teaching oral hygiene and tailors the instruction to fit each patients individual needs. When shes not laughing she enjoys going to the gym, beach, and the outdoors.
Yvonne has been with the practice since 2002. She is dedicated to providing patient comfort, satisfaction, and a few laughs. Yvonne and her family are big fans of Star Wars and The Marvel Comics making them our local Avengers!
Lori is new to our dental team. She has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for over 18 years. Lori has worked in many different areas of dentistry, including Pedodontics, Periodontics and, most prominently, Prosthodontics. She is a proud Mom of two wonderful children. She enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, baking and cooking.

Over the years I have greatly benefited from Dr. Moskowitz's quick, caring, expert attention to any dental medical need. He has saved me money with his focus on both solution and prevention of problems. In my view, there is no better dentist.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire practice! The whole staff is wonderful and attentive, and the doctors are always accessible. I called off hours from Florida because I had a problem and I needed to speak to a dentist immediately. The message told me to call Dr. Penner on his cell phone and when I did, Dr. Penner answered the phone. He listened to me, called my pharmacy and we avoided a possible disaster. I am so happy Drs. Moskowitz and Penner have been my dentists! Thank you!

I visited Dr. Penner's office for the first time last week after a friend referred me to him when I started having tooth pain. I received a very thorough examination and cleaning from Dr. Penner and his hygienist Erin. Dr. Penner was very patient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back!

Let's be honest not everyone loves going to the dentist. However, not only do I not mind my visits with Dr. Penner, but I look forward to them. Dr. Penner and his staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and exactly what I was looking for in my dental office. Whenever I visit Dr. Penner's office I always look forward to great hands on care and enjoyable conversations. I couldn't recommend Dr. Penner's office more. Patient for life!!

Dr. Penner is the BEST! His office staff are so friendly and nice. They genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Penner has taken such great care of my teeth over the years. He did Invisalign and I could not be happier with the results! He is the best dentist I have had and would recommend him and his office to anyone.

Dr. Moskowitz and his staff provide a high level of friendly, professional and compassionate service. Dr. Moskowitz is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will take the time to explain and answer your concerns. My family members recommended him to me a few years back when my previous dentist had retired and I am very happy to have found him. I trust his judgement and appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend.

I've been Dr. Moskowitz patient for decades. I've introduce my husband and friends to the doctor. They couldn't be happier and grateful for his work, care, compassion, and knowledge. He is always accommodating to care for you even the emergency. I remember that I had pain in the evening with my dental discomfort while in vacation, and I was afraid to seek any dentist in the area. I called upon Dr. Moskowitz explaining my problem, and he made himself available to advise me what to do. The pain went away the next day. How many dentists are willing to make himself available to help his patient in this kind of circumstance? He also called me back to make sure that I was alright. I salute to Dr. Moskowitz for his professionalism and compassion he went beyond call of duty for his patient. In conclusion, I am very lucky to have found Dr. Moskowitz and to have this great doctor for life. A-men!
