For more than 40 years I've known Dr. Shows as both colleague and friend. Dr. Shows demonstrates the highest standards of orthodontic care. He is one of the very few doctors dual board certified in both orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.

Our first trip there, I brought my 12yr old daughter in to she Dr. Shows. She has always had high anxiety with Dentists and he made her feel comfortable with his funny sense of humor. By the end of the visit, we knew what to expect and the next appointment was made. The staff are friendly and greeted us with smiles. When we came back for the second appointment she was comfortable going back on her own, which she has never done before. Kudos to Dr. Shows and his team!

the doctor is very nice and will detail my explain your treatment plan if you decide to proceed! I'm in love with the transition of my new smile! the doctor is a nice guy with a great sense of humor. I'd recommend and friends or family to him if they're looking to get braces. I must mention that always ask questions! sometimes i'm clueless what will happen each adjustment and would just like a run down as to what's going on each visit so i'm also aware why it is that certain pieces in my mouth are the way they are (just curious).

my god this place is horrible. i am a customer for many many years and tbh i never liked it, dr shows is kinda creepy and the reception is horrible. the records are never right and on many occasions they have messed things up with my treatment. rescheduling appointments is a horrible process and they never have anything up to date. i do not recommend going here

Terrible experience dealing with this office. My daughter lost her retainer. Contacted my insurance company and a replacement retainer (under the code given to me by Jane at the office) was a covered benefit at 50%. I was informed by Jane that it basically didn't matter if it was covered under insurance, I would still have to pay up front for the retainer and they would submit the claim to insurance with instructions to refund me. It is already known that this code is covered under insurance at 50%, there is NO reason that I should have to pay 100% out of pocket for the replacement retainer and wait for the refund from the insurance company. Jane was rude on the phone, insistent that I pay up front for a COVERED benefit. I feel that the plan was to overcharge me for the retainer, so they would be able to profit. Save your time, don't waste it with this place. Take the time to read the reviews. Many of them are about the rudeness of the staff.

My oldest was recommended there and when my ex took him he told me the dentist was very impatient and was rude to my son. He's only 6 years old and was nervous.

Terrible experience. It's been almost 4 years and my nieces teeth are still not corrected. When asked what was taking so long he yelled at my elderly mom and my 16 year old niece blaming her for why he couldn't do his job. Do yourself a favor and see someone else SO RUDE!!!!!! And a terrible way to treat paying customers. My mom was devastated and just wanted to understand what was taking so long and why they have gone to sooooo many appointments with no progress at all.

Everyone here is absolutely excellent to work with and I am thrilled with the results! Listen to Dr. Shows' directions and your timeframe might even decrease like mine did. In the words of Dr. Shows himself, "We pulled a rabbit out of the hat!"

Very knowledgeable. Three of my children are in the process of braces here, and we have seen wonderful results so far. It is worth the hour drive from Green Bay.

Dr shows and his staff have made me comfortable with people being by my teeth again. The people saying he "made fun of" their children's teeth don't realize you can't put braces on teeth that aren't healthy. You need healthy teeth for braces, I'm 19 and all I had to do was drink Mountain Dew for him to point out it was eating the enamel on my teeth. He doesn't care about "perfect teeth" he cares about healthy teeth. He made me comfortable enough to have a whole dental surgery when 3 years ago I wouldn't even consider it. I'm more confident and proud of my smile than ever before. Thank you Dr and all of your staff.

Dr. Shows is an absolute genius. He's been doing this for a long time and knows his stuff. So thankful we found him. Although he's a Bear's fan, we won't hold it against him!
